Hackers Wanted Thought people might enjoy this documentary on Adrian Lamo , who is a high profile hacker who was arrested in 2003 for breaking into corporate computer networks like New York Times, Yahoo, and Microsoft. He also is the guy who ratted out WikiLeaks informant Bradley Manning in 2010. Wikipedia says Lamo is now in hiding. Got to incorporate salmon and HAM in my diet, cancer isn't a disease, never juice because you lose the fiber (this is true, you do lose the fiber, but its actually the reason why you should juice). Fasting: Need Ideas/Advice from those who have done it (Juice fasting in particular) You know.. all the injected hormones in your Mc chicken or milk. The fluoride in your tap water. The unclean air you breathe daily. All of the build up in your colon from the rotting flesh you consume. Also, if you consume any drugs (alcohol, caffeine, prescriptions all included)...ya know those toxins. And I agree with you Neek, the detoxification process our bodies have the capability of performing is rather magical! Fasting: Need Ideas/Advice from those who have done it (Juice fasting in particular) Every post in here is garbage except for tcb21. What he said is good advice. You need to do a juice FEAST. I'd recommend 3-5 day feasts, where your only consuming fresh quality juices. Also, don't over do the fruit. Fruit will give you energy and its really good for your morning juice but you want the majority of your nutrients to come from fresh organic veggies and greens. Also, your entire diet needs to probably change. You can still consume meat, but only a fists portion once per day. Road Sodas Road Soadies super standard when on vacation with your buddies, in college otw to party, etc. Driver obv only drinking 1 or 2 nothing that would put anyone in danger. Just got back from Lake of Ozarks and my friends told me its legal in Missouri for passengers to drink. So when we got to Missouri we stopped and got an 18 pack and had some road soadies. By time we got to the lake we had a decent buzz and didn't have to play catch up as much with the rest of the crew. I'm not an alcoholic, I drink maybe once or twice a month.
