Everything was just fine today until I saw this. Obstruction of justice. They tried to conduct an investigation peacefully. He was unwilling to do so. They needed to ensure the woman was alright PROPERLY, not in Dyzalots fucked up "well she says shes ok in front of him" dumbass way. Ive already said the tasering is questionable but I don't know the entire context. If he had just come out and talked to them without insisting on being a dick and going Dyzalot and saying a bunch of words he knows without actually understanding the meaning, then he wouldn't be at the Home Depot right now buying a new door. Everything was just fine today until I saw this. Reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed. It means that a reasonable person would conclude that a crime has possibly been committed. In this case, since neither you nor I have the phone call recording, we have no idea if they had reasonable suspicion. If the person called and said he heard the woman yelling help, would that not give them reasonable suspicion to you that they need to enter the property' And yes rules are more important than morals. The rules are set by people above those officers and they took an oath to obey them. I don't think it's morally wrong to smoke weed. ... Posted in: Off Topic |

Everything was just fine today until I saw this. FOR THE LAST FUCKING TIME, YOU DONT NEED PROBABLE CAUSE FOR ENTERING THE HOUSE. REASONABLE SUSPICION. LOOK IT UP. They could have had reasonable suspicion but it depends on what was said within the phone call. Everything was just fine today until I saw this. Anyone who says the cops shouldve just left would be fired very quickly and be an awful cop. I understand, don't agree with, but understand your want for a warrant. You guys realize it probably takes 20 mins to get a warrant for this' You make a phone call to a judge, tell him someone called stating there was a disturbance at the house and the homeowner is refusing to let us enter. Boom give me my warrant. Does the phone call really matter in the grand scheme of the situation' Do you think he sees the warrant and then he's like ok officers come on in, I dont respect your uniform or ...
