Re:Pokerstars never sends me my cashouts. Anyone else having this problem? Be patient, i had to wait for a month or so before i got some of their checks, what others said in their responses is right, PS is on the up and up about payments, for sure the best online site regarding this. Just send them an email and wait for a bit.... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Do you play different based on the buy in? 100%..... your hole attitude changes a lot when you are playing way below your usual buy in level, its a different game altoghether and you are tooo relaxed to bring the good old A game. I have that whenever i play online MTTs, prob thats why i suck at them...... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:NoMercy vs Annette_15 hand Why do you think she snap called with 66 on an overcard drawy board to Daniel Alaei's KK making him a monster chip leader'.... hmmm weak thought proccess is one possibility... I think u might be correct, at first i thougt the snap call there so weak was a proof that she indeed was guilty of the slow roll charges, but your post makes so much sense, she just didnt have a plan on either hand and that leads to bad plays... U are GOOOT ty for your input Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:misclick stories...whats your worst? A friend of mine was teaching someone how to play, he sits down his student in a "Play money" NL table at stars, gives him instructions and then leaves to run errands... He comes back and calls me crying cause his acct got cleaned, he even emailed support about it only to find he left a player with 2 hours of poker knowledge play a 25 50 NL game with permission for multiple reloads.... that was 8 months ago , the guy is still trying to climb back from that hole, talk about a MISCLICK!!!! Re:Sowers bust hand.. I agree the play is HORRID, not saying the guy is bad or anything, just not a good spot , nor a desperate move and most of all its a classic online NLH reshove wich is getting old to be honest. I dont see anybody talking bout the fact that this is NOT a NLH tourney, its a POT Limit event, no antes, no desperate moves needed with his stack... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:mike sowers 9 4 off blowup? If thats the numbers you might be right, as i understood he called all in for 750 after the reraise maybe im wrong here... Either way the hole play doesn't make a lot of sense. I suspect its time to stop doing big reraise moves playing a POST flop game as PLHE, the more online kids ( and i mean this with ultmost respect) make 3bets 4bets 5 bets with 74 94 jT and such the less effective the play becomes, i see nitty live players making calls lighter than ever, and this is going to get worst pretty quickly... Re:really starting to think i suck, TOP TOP in FTOPS MAIN I don't think either read is that hard to make given the action at that point, obv a fold is a good play here but the fact that he was 100% positive about ur holdings tells me he could have outplayed u at that time. good fold either way, u still have a lot of play in your stack, the 2nd read i dont know if im way off base but ur betting was screaming A2, specialy since he obv had a good read on ur hand ranges, maybe the way u played the AK hand led him to put u dead on A2 on the other one. Just my 2 cents... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:For any really good guitarists 1 Yes, as in every aspect of live practice makes perfect, 2 it probably is,but if ur taking lessons make sure u find a great teacher though, else save ur money 3 problem of playing too much without guidance is you can get nasty habits that will be hard to let go in the future( same as in poker :) ) 4 if possible try to play as many different styles as u can , that helps a lot not to become predictable and boring with ur licks and generally with ur playing (same as in poker v2 lol ) thats my 2 cents , hope it makes sense to you -Alejandro Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:U Make Your Money In Cash Games Or Tournies? try micro stakes satellites, they pay quite handsome and u dont need to play for 1st place which is always hard... i did make a roll of 5K within a month doing this... obv the time it takes depends on your skill levels and the time u have at hand. I would stay away from cash games until ur rolled enough for at least 100 buy ins,i've seen and experienced 40 buy in downswings in cash games online, i would play cash games live if thats an option to you , definitively softer games live. I agree with the high variance of MTT but if u get to cash u'll boost ur roll quite a bit.. give ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): lost bankroll... need help ok first off all DONT play $40 sng until you have at least $3000 in your bankroll. try to play in a level that gives u 100 buy ins, for your $500 the $5 level is just fine, dont move up in a hurry. As of how to deal with when to stop, how about you stop playing if you lose 5% of your bankroll on any given day, just turn pc off, go watch a movie, practice your short game, clear your head in any way you prefer and then start fresh next day. Hope that helps Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Turning Pro while still being a losing player. Possible or not Possible Hello I think a lot of people misunderstood your point, the answer to your real question is YES, u can 100% become a pro even as a losing player, you just need to be willing to put in the time and resources to learn how to play good and then professionally. u need 3 things and 3 things only 1 BANKROLL ( you mentioned u have that one covered ) 2 Learning ability and the will to work hard (im guessing u are a smart guy and work hard already since u can afford to live off your savings/investments for a couple of years) 3 Time ( you will have that too as you mentioned in your post ) Start ...
