Big name online poker players..........where are they?
Thanks for bringing this thread back on track jmaster, lol at all these dolts getting all defensive about food, stop derailing the thread. with that being said central/south america is probly the best choice in regards to weather, price, food, and ease of getting temporary residency. Panama sounds real ballin, costa rica and uruguay too. malta too tho...

JJ facing utg raise in the DNG
If he had 35+ BB i think flat is fine, but I wouldnt play this any other way given the stacks. maybe 3b to induce to 1125 instead lol. u also dont want any of the other 4 guys to flat, so raising to get it in vs the raiser is also a good isolation move imo

I'm a spewy jackass
:) I'm glad I'm making sense and that we agree. no reg would take villains line like this, and any donk raise/calling 24bb here should be exploited! Oh how I love flatting aces in villains spot tho...

I'm a spewy jackass
No offense taken, I just think giving up on the handafter we take initiative preflop is real weak. Like obviously folding preflop is fine, but were assuming in this spot that were playing a weak player in position and that most times he either going to raise/fold or raise/call and c/f flop, this is what makes it a good play b/c this is what makes donks in mtts so exploitable. I think the flat from villains perspective is bad regardless of his hand, id only be flatting aa here. flatting tt and jj is as bad as flatting aq/ak, he should be 4bet shoving all those hands. given the bad flat ...

I'm a spewy jackass
i dont mind the 3b at all preflop if u think its a good spot but post-flop i dont like ur line at all. u should be c-betting this flop all day, some flops maybe id check back but rarely. u have to make ur hand believable, and give urself a chance to get better hands to fold which hes prob never going to do on the turn given the flop check. agree with appst, this is no variance, its a leak. this is a perfect flop to lead in position given stack size and preflop action. glgl lol wut' what part of his raise/calling range preflop does he check/call flop with can u tell me' kq' qj' 99+' 77 ...

Deep in Stars 2nd chance, WWYD?
i also agree with the small s-bet sizing. you both induce him to raise with worse draws plus betting out small means his raise would be smaller too, so u gain more fe. whereas if u cbet 50% to 48k, u have what like 300k behind, so if he raises u to 150 hes never folding to 200k more

AA utg
im never open-shoving here, probly minraising or 2.2x if its a reg-heavy table and limping sometimes but rarely. by shoving i think r pushing a lot of hands that might flat or shove, such as kqss, aj, and pp's. u shouldnt be afraid of a flat from behind either imo

Deep spot in $200 Mini FTOPS 2 day event.. WWYD and Why?
if ur 4betting it should be because ur inducing to get it in, like lagrat said id make it smaller to give him the illusion of folding equity to keep worse hands of his in. cant ever fathom folding qq pf in 6max no matter how deep, but depending on how comfortable you are with postflop play, and being 100+ bbs deep i dont see anything wrong with flatting the 3b for pot control. getting it in as u did is clearly not a leak, its just a high variance spot that u might not wanna take with such a deep structure and having already played 2 days to get here. ul tho gg

Top pair at 100r final table vs a reg's lead
agreed, this is the answer I was expecting. would flatting the donk lead with aa be best, or would u ever raise' and if u raise, wtf do do against the sb or gags of they shipped it, would really be an fml spot

SWU final three tables, shoving range (!! FIRST!!)
id never be folding or calling, mostly be shoving, and like kleath said sometimes 3b/c if this guy is real dolty and think ur really oi him and decides to jam a hand u have crushed but that wouldnt call ur jam, u think this guy folds jtss to a small 3b' yeh right

Hand deep in WQM last week
ugh this is such a sick spot but i think i fold. button flat looks extremely strong, does he ever flat aq here' doubt it, but hed def be flatting aa/kk. 40bbs seems too much to get in here given how much of an edge u prob still have on the field

Everyone seems to agree that KJ has to be a fold here, question is to those that put gags on sets/2pairs, how would u play aces in this same spot for huni

Re:sick hand vs sandler1860 in 1pm 109
was cbetting flop a mistake' when sandler flats looking back on it it does look really strong, but also thot hands like 66-99 were in his range. if i bet out river and he shoves i guess hes only doing this really strong, so i guess i have to fold. but what if i check, can i call or should i fold to a bet' this just seems really nitty cuz with two checks on both turn and riv he could now turn his hand into a bluff' bet-folding just seems really weird cuz i have so much in the pot already, and the winner of the pot was gonna be cl with 45 left. the way it played out, being the donk that i am i ...
