Wait for a better spot ?
You might get a better hand, yes. But if you shove after your blinds and get called you race for much less chips, and this will take away the winning percentage compensation you may get for the better hand. And also - your fold equity is damaged, you would get more calls with less chips. So with any pair there just shove and feel fine.

The nut flush refers to the A-high flush. If the 1st player is asked "what you got'" he may correctly answer "the nut flush" and the 2nd may answer "and I got the (nut) straight flush". You can also check it with straights. If someone had QJxx no Jd on this board, he can say he got the nut straight, although a few straight flushes that beat him are out there.

I feels dizzy after playing rush for a while. I wonder if the speed the graphics change is actually unhealthy. Rush is much fun, but I wouldn't want to hurt myself. Does anyone else notice that'

I think you have to call 11. If you shove musse who you are beating usually folds and ladyluck who may beat you calls for his extra 19$. If you call musse usually calls the extra 11$. So by calling you usually add 11$ dead money from musse and by raising you add 19$ that you may not win and risking 19$ more of your own stack. ladyluck might have 77 or slowplaying KK, 53.

If the leader can abuse the other players at the SNG endgame playing aggresively to create more EV than the chips calculation (ICM) it means that the others got less EV than it appears. So, in fact their calling range for leader shoves should be much bigger than what ICM suggests, which takes some (or all') of leader's added EV back. So a good endgame defense might be a good counter strategy for early lagging.

What about the hands where you called twice but got hu until the river as there were bet+fold after you got all-in. If you take such hands it would make your calc. inaccurate.

Just an idea, you might have included hands where you were double-called (or more) and see only one caller on s/d as one folded. If you did it, it clearly makes the ramaining hand stronger and leads to a below-expectation trend.
