MR. Legggggggggyyyyyy, I understand software and upgrade issues. These things must be done to improve the site. I believe UB will still have the best interface and I know I will still play there just because of this. BUT!!!! Whats with answering the emails 4,5,6 days later with replys that show they didnt even read the email in the first place...How many of us have ask questions only to get an answer many days later that dont even pertain to the question''' its like they avoid the questions altogether and buy more time to do whatever. This pisses people off. Just plain fuking unacceptable. ...

I have to agree with GXSR...its just one thing after another with UB. lets not talk about thier customer service. I have withdrew most of my roll from there. I also agree with Dissident if you dont like it leave. cause they really dont giv a chit. There is only one reason why I still play there....they do have the best and fastest interface. but they continue to treat thier customers like chit. which is im my opinion bad business. JMO all the hate mail in the world is not gonna do any good. they just dont care!!!

Great post!! I have learned that TIMED aggression pays and that I can't bluff everyone off thier middle pair. middle pair to some people are the nuts. And to seriously evaluate your game, identify leaks and to continually strive to learn Ive also learned not to lend money or sell big ticket seats to people you dont really know. no matter what other people you think you know say.........live and learn.

You deserve to lose all your funds....im glad you did..anyone doing this should lose ALL thier funds in the accounts. plain and simple. so what if party takes it as long as your cheating azz dosent get to have it. 22 players left in the $1000+50 super mega wsop satelite on UB. Top 13 get 12K packages to 2006 wsop. I have 20K in chips and in the top 5. I've been playing super tight just trying to fold around to the seat. folding AK and other playable hands to huge pre-flp raises and picking my spots stealing blinds with well timed raises in late position. I get dealt QQ in BB ....mp small stack of 6K pushes all in .....all fold to me and i call his AJo catches a Ace on the turn. I'm down to 18K. Very next hand I get KK in the SB. A very tight player UTG raises 5 times the BB (blinds were 300/600) he ...

you must first get a check.........have you' have any of you' I myself withdrew my money from Pokershare and UB months ago. Just didnt feel comfortable giving my business to a company that cares nothing about you. Had many bad experiences with the customer service. get a fuk ing phone number!!! jeez! hope u guys get paid!!!

at first this just didnt make sense. why would anyone want to continue to play on UB while these players benefits are offered at one of thier skins. I have to admit that pokershares is a genius idea from UB. This should keep a lot of players playing on pokershares/ub site. Great marketing scheme to help keep the players they have from playing on a competitors site. Must have been losing players. and your going to get th same outstanding customer service that you have always gotten from UB. it all makes sense now

I agree that the new format for the sngs suck for all the already mentioned reasons. but what gets me most about this web site is thier customer service is just horrible. Please read my post about thier customer service. others are far above them in regards to customer service. definately have other options on where to play online. its too bad too cause i really liked playing there. JMO

I agree, especially about the customer service. read my post about UB customer service. I hope u didnt win a seat to any of the WSOP events cause you will have a hard time getting it. not one rep from UB at WSOP.....full tilt had several and other sites did too...had to track down phil hellmuth , who then told us to talk to annie duke to finally get someone on phone to help straighten out the mess. got that taken care of. then 2 days after event was over they pulled some more crap with the travel money.....soooooo frsutrated with this site. and will definately let it be known on as many ...

No the $1000 for the second seat was never transferred to anyones account. Here is one of the many emails. Hello Hard_8. When you win a second seat to a tournament like this you can transfer the prize to another player, but we have to credited the the whole package to the player you decided to. Please send us the information about who's going to be the fortunate one. Remember we are going to transfer the whole package even the $1000 cash, keep this in mind when you're going to sell it or donate it. Please let us know if you need further assistance. UB customer service is horrible
I won 2 ....4K WSOP packages for event #33. I requested 1 of the packages be transfered to the person i sold the package to. First they did not send the package to the rio until just before the event started which was very frustrating for both buyer and seller. They finally get the seat squared away minutes before the event starts. only after i track down phil hellmuth, who then tells us to talk to annie duke who finally gets someone on the (super secret) phone. ( why they dont use phones is beyond me).................................then they dont credit the buyers account with the $1000 ...

I agree with sheets here. KJ is just a weak hand. i personally would have never called a araise with it, a UTG riase even. after the flop i would have bet out at it, but not all in. after u checked and he bet. why not just call to see the next card if u hit then go all in. if not then fold and yur still in it. I think u played it just a little too aggressive. leggy's not getting away from that hand when he's running hot. JMO
