Re(5): The new law broken down by I. Nelson Rose professor of law.
When he says language to "eliminate poker" ... does that mean include poker in the restriction or exclude it from the restriction' I'm assuming he means include poker in the restriction, but it isn't very clear.

WSJ - "Online Gamblers aren't ready to fold"
From WSJ: Despite Crackdown, Online Gamblers Aren't Ready to Fold By CHRISTINA BINKLEY and JESSICA E. VASCELLARO October 3, 2006; Page A17 Despite a U.S. government crackdown on Internet gambling, experts say patrons of the industry will likely find alternate ways to get their bets down. Last week, Congress passed ports legislation that included unrelated provisions that would forbid Internet casino companies from accepting U.S. financial transactions. Re(2): Vote them Out. Send the Republicans a message
If you want to vote anything against online poker. Don't vote democratic either. Vote Libertarian. Libertarian party is for the government to stay out our lives. Not tax the crap out of us and not take away things we like to do. If you are serious about this, please do some research and don't just vote democrat party lines, in 2 years poker may not be the only thing you are mad about.

Re(1): NETELLER QUESTION - CREDIT REPORT
You gave them your SSN, right' If they take you to collections, your credit score will get hurt. If it's money you do owe Neteller, you better pay up. If it's a fraud case, you should prove that to them and they'll write that off.

I read the article as a good way to take advantage of a two month heater. I'm sure you are a very good player, but I have the same view as the posters above.

Re(7): HURRICANE KATRINA
I'm setting up a Private Tourney on Stars to support the hurricane relief effort. PM if you would like the password, the tourney is only being run at $10+$1 to eliminate as much rake as possible. The winners will be asked to redeposit funds back into an account so a deposit to a charity of the winners choice can be made. It will be held next Wed, Sept 7th at 9pm est. Lee Jones has agreed to personally ante up 2x the rake made (seems a little weak to me) if there are over 20 players. Many of the ppl I know are playing the $10, but donating extra $ on the side.
