Adam help??? What to do if you are having problems with your RB affiliate???
Yes...there was a two month period about 6 months ago when i didnt receive any rake and my emails went unanswered...at the time I wasnt playing much so I just decided that chasing them for the $$ was a waste of time...then they "changed" management apparently and for a few months things went well (payment and on time)....however I have no way of tracking what my rake is and I actually think I have been shorted...then again this month I received my rake on the 22nd for June....my emails do not get any response as usual which really gets to me....So how do I verify what my rake should be ...

Adam help??? What to do if you are having problems with your RB affiliate???
Adam, I have been working with this affiliate for several years and it has actually been "sold off" or "under new management" on two occassions.....both times claiming better service to come....Needless to say the service remains less then average....If someone has problems like these and the affiliate is non-responsive..does FTP have a department or a process to handle these issues....For example, if someone had a difficult time with your service how would they handle this best with FTP''' Thank you very much''

I'M finally a winning online tourney player!!!!!!!!!!!!C L A P....C L A P... C L A P
Well I finally did it and to think a feew short months ago I was ready to give up. I have to admitt over these last 3 years I have had some huge swings playing any where from .05/.10 all the way up to 5/10 nl....obviously never rolled properly...cashed out several times but often times I would grind a small deposit up to a couple k and play 5/10nl and lose.... I have had success playing cash and live tourneys, however I never got over the hump until now...I think I now have a 5% ROI according to OPR...after 1k plus games.............with my second play finish and biggest ever online ...

Cora totally deserved this.....I watched that table for hours before this nob showed up and started taunting others....the table cleared and he started this crap about flipping,etc....was sitting in then out....then didnt fold when PLZ accidently bet.....It appears that PLZ would have shipped that amount back to CORA if he didnt feel that he needed to try and bluff at the pot......LESSON LEARNED CORA.....DONT BE A NOB

POKER TRACKER STAT QUESTION????
Ok there is a wealth of info that PokerTracker offers, however I dont feel comfortable enough analysing this as of yet. What areas are most important (for Ring Rames), BB/100, VP/IP, PF Raise %, sample size, etc.....Briefly these are my stats since owning the program (approx 2 months): Total hands played: 9286 (across 4 levels, 1/2 and 2/4 NL 6max and 9 max tables) BB/100: 7.61 Preflop raise %: 11.49 Vp/IP: 30.84 It seems ok to me, however the sample size is so small.....can anyone give me their take on my #'s and also what truely is important ( besides winning $ lol) Thanks ....HEADDOCTOR

POKER TRACKER DATA QUESTION...
Well I have been utilizing Poker tracker now for about 2 months and I have only 8000 ring game hands logged....and I have a question about the information I have on my play regarding SB and BB win/loss totals.....it appears that I am a winning player from all positions except the last three positions...70% of my losses come from these two positions. I examined the hands I played from these two positions and I believe my range of hands I'm raising with are fine, however some of the hands I'm calling with are not. For example, I noticed that I'm completing the bb with hands like j8-qj ...

When to move up in Stakes...
This has been covered before but please enlighten me Micro grinders that have moved up in limits beyond 1/2NL and 2/4N/L. What factors beyond proper bankrolling for a specific level come into play with a decision to move up a level' For example, if I had the appropriate roll for 5/10 NL how would I truely determine if I am ready for these games. In the past I have dabbled in 5/10 NL and typically doubled up my $$ and left or went busto on that table and simply returned back to reality (1/2 or 2/4 NL). This is obviously not typical/recommended bankroll management however taking a shot every ...

How to pick the "BEST" MTT's for your skill level????
How do you know what is best for your skill level and knowledge of the game...I play 50./1 NL (winning player) and 1/2NL (break even player )...I have played in approximately 120 MTT's and I have been in the money 22 times and FT'ed 5 times...My biggest score $1600.00 (2nd) at PP $20ish buyin with a million players(lol), then $800 (9th) Bodog out of 600+, then $800 (2nd) on FT (not MTT though) in a 54 man tourney, everything else is under $600.00........The biggest tourney I played in was a $200.00 on Bodog (didn't money), and then approx. 5 $100 tourneys (money 1x), everything else is under ...

Re(1): Niagara Falls live action
Hey Booze or Lose, I wish you luck up there...I'm assuming you are speaking of the Niagara Falls View Casino in Canada...where the action is usually very fast/frequent.......15/20 is a standard come out and a two dollar limp...means AA..in first position 90% of the time if the villian suddenly hits the flop hard..lol....the level of play there is average at best...on the weekends get involved at the tables with anyone that speaks with the southern draw, wheres a harley shirt, talking about his honey moon he is on, and the likes.....lots of fast cash...but dont hang around if you or your ...

Re(1): Tough But Frequent Situation: AQ in the Big Blind Facing an UTG Raise
Well based on Blind levels it appears that you have a slightly below chip average at this stage in the game, considering that you are this deep it appears you have been playing fairly tight/weak...or suffered a big beat in the preceeding levels....I agree with Waco...often times at this stage of he game...PPL's 3xbb in 1-3 position with 33-99 or Aj-AK.....which with his stack size plays well....you on the other hand have to be slightly more selective....just the smooth call or fold are best because I believe that you are only truely ahead of 1-2 hands.....and repopping with 30% of your stack ...

Re(2): loose action in a 2/5NL cash game
Yeah I guess the shove will get you action and then you need to start praying because chances are at this point you are looking at 8 outs...but probably more like 6 ....and you dont have the stack behind you to make it rt for the guy not to call....any q will call you...heart draw....the only hands that will fold are probably pp 77-1010.....so rewind and dump that hand preflop....because I figure you are a huge dog....wait for a better spot......now of course I change my play if 3-4 players call the hundred ahead of me.....GL

Re(1): hand from suday mill
Cant imagine that you would risk your whole stack with a drawing hand at this point against someone that could cripple you .......you didnt reraise preflop...so.1010-AA would be out....pocket 66,77, or 99's possible...but maybe you woke up with 810 or two high spades.....otherwise the overbet just wouldnt make sense...then again maybe you put him on AK,AQ..with a spade....and you know he would continue bet the flop......he couldnt call unless he had a monster starter.............I think you just had a great read on him and you probably were behind...just a great bet...............'''''' what ...

Re(1): Tourney situation, what do you do?
Well I think one of the posts hit it on the head....obviously three options, PF shove, stop n go, or fold and wait for better spot.....but more importantly the other players chip size will have alot to do with his call or not....at this stage in the game you are probably out stacked 3 or 4 to to 1.....and in a >$50 MTT this might be a call a good majority of the time............I'd wait....because with that hand you probably hope for a fold and pick up the 350-450 in chips and increase your stack by 30% rather than leave your fate to the dreaded coin flip...........

Re(1): 2-5 NL ring game question
I think that you misplayed both Pre Flop and Post flop...This is the way I see it....UTG opens for 40$ when the standard raise has been $20 (which was a great observation) he's protecting something''' AA/KK/AK would be disguised better by a standard raise in this hoping for a late position reraise....I would have put him on only a few hands at this point until the flop...either 1010, JJ, QQ, AK, or poss. a small pocket pair but unlikely...especially with only the smooth call (because typically AA or KK would bring a repop)...when the flop comes down 5Q7 rainbow and he check raises you ...

Re(1): Long-run strategy: Aggro bubble or ITM?
Hey DP....well I can tell you this....Ive been having the same problem...and I have come to the conclusion that you have to win all those little pots no one wants to mess with...not my typical style to be xxxxtreme aggro but I have noticed that I can get to around the bubble, maybe ITM, but them I'm so short stackeed that I'm getting tooo many callers after a raise, when I have premium hands and I find my self trying to dodge half the deck......usually ending with the a medium strength hand drawing on me or having to fold due to all the action around me.......I too am getting a little tired ...
