I coach competitive hockey ( 15-16 yrs old, AA ) and I have an overnight team bonding trip planned. does anyone have any idea's / suggestions for team building activities or games. We will also be watching some movies at night, any suggestions for good inspirational/motivational movies. thanks,

Couldnt they go to their embassy' They best thing for you to do is just continue to be a good neighbor. If want you to do more, then you have to be prepared for what may follow, whatever that is. Week 14 FFB sit start ( Playoffs!)
I have to figure out what to do with Pierre Thomas''' Will he be playing this week''' I need to fill a flex spot. (ppr league) Ivory is still avail as is Choice. If i pick up one of them i would have to drop Thomas. Or would i be better off picking up Crabtree vs Seahawks and dumping Edwards. I have to drop the same position. how is Canada any different then the US in this matter' its the same here .... 15% is what is considered standard, just below in the 12% category can be acceptable sometimes. And most restaurants add 20% to groups with 8 or more.

i worked in the industry for years. I was never disappointed with a $20 tip, nor should anyone really. How long you spent on waiting the table is what really matters. Now, if you spent 3.5 hours and you only have a 4 table section or something like that, then yes, they would be taking away from your EV for the night, and i wouldnt be happy. But if you serve them and they are in and out in just over an hour, and if you did nothing that spectacular to enhance there evening, you basically just did your job then i dont see a problem.

FFB HELP - this guy or that guy
Im kinda a FFB noob and can use some advise/opinions im in a draft right now......its with a bunch of clients, so it gets done over a couple weeks during the days through email and such ... anyway, my 3rd pick is coming up not sure what to do. we start QB/RB/WR/TE/2-UTL ( RB/WR/TE ), K, DEF, DB Standard scoring for the most part, ( although passing TDS are at 4pts, not sure how standard that is ) there are 14 teams, so far i have S.Jackson, and A. Johnson. IMO the best guys left for my next are RB's - Moreno, Stewart, Thomas, Jacobs the only WR picked so far are Moss, Fitzgeral, Austin, ...

i actually have one of those .... got it done in Mayan Riviera, Mexico; same picture, very similar at least. Guy came to the resort and was just pounding these things off at $15-$25 pop or something ( depending on size). He took a little longer .... 3min max tho. Pretty Amazing

I understand your though process, however the 2nd record is standard for all drivers when applying for a driving job. If they dont know about it, that tells me how qualified they really are. Also, if i would include a link to language schools, that would be blatantly discriminating against him.
