Flash I hope to soon Im way overdue for a big win but i play infrequently but I feel that was a nice accomplishment as In winning the tlb I beat 30k people all hungry for a wsop seat and bottsky who I respect emensely as a player and a human being someone who was 13th or 14th in the wsop main event. Obviously if I have time to play the wins will come but who knows maybe charity may become a bigger part of my life and poker less

Jennifer read into things a bit. If I have no recourse what recourse do other people have ' This is in no way saying all poker sites do wrong.But here is an example of one that has and my dilemma. Read back and youll see that I have agreed to donate any settlement to charity.Where is the harm in this' IF there is some agreement reached a charity reiceives a donation.So pray for a quick settlement and I will post the check to the charity on here.Wish me luck....

Well it wasnt difficult to figure out aprocks is not an ap employee I can assure you that.Ap rocks is someone who was treated and taken care of for over 18 months and I help feed and enable a gambling habbit because thats all they had. I must be not explaining this right.Bott and I called up absolute Poker and asked if we won the tlb and then defeated mark seif we win a seat. I did that. Then I asked if I did it again what would I get. They would give me cash. Same as on party poker if you qualify twice for the same tourney you get cash instead of a second entry.I adhered to the promotion won the whole thing once and went to do it again for the cash.After they pulled the promotion it wasnt worth me or botts time to play for the tlb. Which is our choice. I think I made this crystal clear. I won the seat went for the cash ...

Les theres such a thing as internetfraud very serious accusation . I dont have an adress and local police wouldnt help and there not under the jurisdiction of any gaming commision as is LAs Vegas and Atlantic City. I have done my homework. They are tested by an organization out of New Zealand I beleive called gaming associates. When I called Las Vegas And Atlantic City gaming commision they have nothing to say about gaimg associates. I think this was all covered previous Bott and I called ap to discuss this and what would happen if we won a second time. You paul were not privy to the conversation. I made the proverbial sale. I won the Tlb under the guidelines of the promotion. I beat mark achieved the first half of the promotion. Then they for no reason stopped the promotion. We were wondering the answer to the question so we spoke to the powers that be at ap and asked the same question. The answer was we would get cash instead of the seat.
