MCITP was really what I was looking towards. Full certification is only like 2 exams beyond what I was planning on doing short-term, but it encompasses like 4 certifications along the way. I just don't want to have that be super commonplace on a bunch of resumes because everyones like "Ohhhh MS certification!"

Was recently talking with a buddy of mine who moved out to Colorado how it was so easy for him to find a job, and he basically said because he has a shit ton of certifications from Cisco. He mainly does networking so I'm sure his company is very specific to that technology. I'm currently just hanging out around home and bartending throughout the week so I have plenty of time to pursue certifications if I chose to do so. Because applying for a job without a shit ton of experience (I've been at my current job for like 1.5 years) out of state is hellacious. I sent my resume to an ass ton of companies about 6 months ago when I was about to just pick up and go to Raleigh but they all wanted in person interviews. Ha actually did the dumb tour of that house. and I've already lived in Raleigh for just shy of a year, which is why I'd def. move back. Just haven't been too many other places. OT I need real world advice
OK. I already know the answers I'd get from family/friends and I feel OT has the best advice/knowledge/experience with this kind of stuff. I'll preface with: I'm 27. I live in Chagrin Falls, OH. A suburb of Cleveland. I currently live in the town I grew up in. I despise the fuck out of winter here, but all other seasons are meh. I have 4 roommates (only one of them sucks). Does anyone do it, or has tried it' A friend of mine started doing it a few months ago and swears by it. Now he keeps trying to get me to go and I really don't have a good excuse as the gym is less than 5 minutes from my house. Only reason I'm kind of hesitant is that I'm 5'9" and like 140 on a really good day. Prob more like 135. Not in any kind of weight shape, just running. Any opinions'

Rank these sportscars that cost under 50k
I have a 350Z and love the fuck out of it. Can't imagine the newer models are too far off. Audi's are by far my favorite car on the road but wouldn't take a TT over a Z. Not really into muscle cars but a friend has a brand new decked the fuck out Camaro and it's pretty goddam badass. Agree w/ the CTS-V though. Would gladly trade my car for one if I absolutely had to have something 4 seasons. Those things are sick nasty.

Opinions on Boxers (the dogs)
dI read the first like 10 responses and can unequivocally say these people don't own a Boxer. They may be energetic, but it's nothing more than any other dog that can't sit around a house for a day of work. They're great dogs. Super loyal. Easily trained. Don't clip their ears. Edit: Shoulda read further. Shoulda gone with the Boxer. Female roommate has a shit dog like that too and it sucks. Sorry bru.

Maybe it's just me but curious how anyone w/ far less than a year experience and a degree they admit they haven't touched in 3 years can come into a job starting @ $20/hr when the company knows they're gone within a year' Either way GL dude! If I weren't dead set on moving to Raleigh, this thread would have made me consider Scottsdale an absurd amount.

If mods have to delete this post it's all good, just thought this was right up OT's alley. GP made a new site called that basically runs like a SNG would in poker. Up to $200 buy in for each game and you draft your team for each game you join fresh every week. Pretty sweet, give it a look see. Again, sorry mods if this doesn't belong. Figured it'd get some kind of press on here anyway just cause of Taylor and Nat.
