Hands/Tournament
after much talk about online being rigged, you would think if the average amount of hands in a live tourney = the avg amount of hands in an online tourney (with the same # of players entered), would this solve any suspicion' DOES anyone know if the above equation has ever been tested and if it is true'

The simple answer is it is a young man's game. REALLY' i guess poker has evolved BIGTIME . which i believe it has. but some people refuse to accept this and i think thats why they are sucking. I.E. Hellmuth etc

Le, Mizrachi, Esfandiari VS Cloutier, McEvoy
i find it very interesting that people like Tuan Le and mike mizrazhi are completely dominating the wpt events and these guys are relatively inexperienced and new to the game. all 3 are in their mid 20s and have won a combined $8.5 M in the past year JUST in wpt events. compare this to ppl like cloutier an mcevoy who have been playing these tourneys FOREVER. is poker changing' why are these guys absolutely dominating' thoughts'

definately. a few weeks ago in the ub 100 afternoon i was in last place with 675 chips and 63 players remaining...hadnt seen any hands all tourney...finaly picked up a couple double up hands and went on to finish 2nd.! patience is theee biggest most important SKILL for online poker. yes it is a skill. IMO

Re(6): Online Cheating
technically what this means is that if, for example i personally knew NSXT and managed to use his computer or laptop and install the program (also known as SubSeven) with my own password then i would go home and play against him and take all his $. this is still cheating and can work. something needs to be done about online cheating becauses there is way too much of it going on. the only thing i play now is MTTs cuz i find it hard to be able to cheat in those.

i had the same kind of thing happen tonite in the 100 was in the top 20 for the better part of the tourney got JJ in BB i have 15K stack blinds 400/800 djsckash or somethign raised to 3k i go allin and he calls with AK and rivers an ace. he was evenly stacked and that put him in 2nd place. he went to finish 4th. but was my move correct' i was thinking i wanted him to lay it down when i went all in because i was playing etremely tight the whole time but he took 20 secs or so and called. didnt realy think he had AK tho thought more AQ . ty for comments.

this brings up an interesting question i was wondering about. do u think when u fold a hand, the flop that comes up is different than what it would be' as in when players say, "i had a straight" ...but they folded preflop or on the flop or whatever. or are the cards already picked to come on the flop' in other words, poker is rigged.

at the final table of the 6 seater 1am on UB again and with 100k in chips. shortbuskids has about 90k and galvinator with 20K. raised with 98 flop come 872 he checks i check turn 3 he checks i bet small he raises i re raise all in he calls with 66 and river comes a 6....fken moron has a 4.5% chance to hit an hits and im disgusted with my luck. im just venting cuz im exremely pissed and last night i came 3rd as well and shouvle finished 1st this keeps happening i keep GETTING FU**ED.
