So a friend (20) that I(23)have had sex with is now pregnant. We are no longer friends because she liked me and well I didn’t like her. She is hot but so isn’t going anywhere in life. Question I read an article about training and they recommended running for a few minutes then walk for 1 min. I tried it yesterday and it felt really good. I ran 5.25 miles in about 50 minutes. I ran probably a mile then walked for a minute. I think I may prefer this over running constantly. The article said it also help with healing time Does anyone train like this or do you run constantly' If you run constantly how do you set your pace' I never seem to get into a groove when running the whole time.

Would love to set that up with an OT legend but im in toledo til may. Then home for the summer unless i find a Job, graduating in may. I run at monument park during the summer. Have you ever run there' Good track 1.5 mile loop then the stair near by great workouts.

ess where is your marathon' Also when u guys run outside what to you do to warm-up' what to you wear to stay warm'(ohio is cold) im trying to do the half marathon in toledo on the 23th or 24th but the weather hasn't allowed me to do long runs outside and run 6+ miles on a indoor track is soooo boring

How do you load a dishwasher?
Do you put the business end of the silverware up or down in the baskets' I put the business end up but my roommates put it down. i hate that when i'm unloading the dishwasher and i don't know what i'm grabbing. Side note: obviously sharp knives go down, one of my roommates doesn't get this and i almost cut my hand off

cash game players
i have just started playing cash games again. i play .02 .05 nl ( i know its low but i dont care) every time i play i go up like 50% of total buyin (like 4tables of total 16$ + 8$ profit) this is after maybe 500 hands but then i go down to like 1$ profit in like 200 hands without changing how i play(this may not be true but idk lol) does anyone else have this problem' what do you do' set a limit and if you hit it stop like 50% profit at anytime stop cashout then reload 4 new tables' i just hate having profit then losing it what should i do
