welp..here we go.
People aren't going to know what to call me anymore. Camz, don't feel bad, my original screen name was my initials and people just turned it into one word. I have met dozens of OTers and in a group setting it is easier to call people by the name you know from here. Waco will always be called Waco. LatestLines2 however will always be Joe Ward. I could have 30 screen names on here and people still call me ess. Also I remember introducing my wife to Willywoo. I knew Willy isn't his name but did it anyway just to make him feel awkward. Native Americans
My favorite are the white people who are 1/100000th Native American and have all kinds of Indian themed tattoos all over their bodies. There is a little festival here each year that has a Native American theme to it. Every year there is this one dude who walks around with no shirt on and is covered in Indian style ink. That friggin guy is whiter than I am and actually looks like regular ole trailer trash. No offense to trailer trash of course Hi Mike

2012 Marathon/Half/10K/5K Race training thread
Sucks to hear about all the injuries in here. I have done a lot of research on running injuries and am friends with a physical therapist that specializes in running injuries. He and my research suggest that shin splints are largely caused by the way you run. People that are hel strikers tend to have shin splints. People who run on their toes tend to have calf problems. You need to really work on being a mid foot striker. It will take an entire change to your running style. Oh and screw SCD and his boo hoo 6 minute mile. BTW ran a nice 16 miles today. Hi Mike

2012 Marathon/Half/10K/5K Race training thread
cmval, piece of cake man. Go to and start a 5k program. kmc28, it's easy for me to stay motivated because I use running as a form of therapy. Plus, I take pride in knowing that most people know can't do it and I can. If you train for a half or full marathon you will realize that every weekend you do something you never did before because you run further each time.

Today was a 20 miler for me. Felt good. Drinking chocolate milk afterwards is definitely a great trick for reducing lactic acid build up. Hope all of you training for spring marathons are following your programs and doing fine.

2012 Marathon/Half/10K/5K Race training thread
I ran 2 marathons last year and have 2 scheduled for this year. The Marine Corps Marathon in October is the one I am really looking forward to. Th other one is in June and that will suck. I am getting faster though.

What is your definition of a "speed trap'" Not being a smartass, just curious. I ask because the speed limit is what it is. So since the police can't just change it I don't think there is such a thing as setting up a speed trap. Now, some small towns that change the speed limit from like 55 to 25 as soon as you enter are speed traps, imo. Many of them make a lot of money for their general funds by setting up on their town limits.

2011 has been the worst year for OT
One day I woke up and decided that I didn't give a fuck enough anymore to be a mod so I quit. I still come in from time to time and read and post but my niche here was ruined by some people and I haven't been relevant for a long time, so in my opinion that's one reason it sucks here.

Yesterday Laurie and I had a bit of time alone at lunch time. We came back to the room from the beach. The bathroom in our room has a huge window that overlooks the beach. I bent her over while she had her palms on the glass. I dont know if anyone got a show but who cares
