Advise on Buying New Home
Thanks for all the advise. That chart was actually kinda shocking to look at. I currently have a real estate agent so hopefully that isn't a bad thing. It looks like most people have recommended that I get one so I don't crap anything up.

Well I've been saving up for awhile but rates are just ridiculously low right now and the prices of homes are great for buyers right now so things just look right to buy. 10% of probably like a 145,000 house, nothing too crazy.

Well I have over 700 fico last time I checked with decent income (could be higher) so i'm not terribly worried about getting a mortgage, I just don't really know the process and I don't want to miss something and then I lose the house because I missed a step that most people would think is obvious.

Advise on Buying New Home
So I'm trying to stop being a complete degenerate and actually move out of my 1 bedroom apartment and buy a house. Any advice on what I need to do when it comes to buying a new home' I was told I should check out and to look for house information and make sure I do things in the right order. Do I need more or will these do it' Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chess or Magic the Gathering ?
I've been learning chess lately from and I was curious what game is the easiest transition to make to poker... chess or magic the gathering.  I know that many great poker players have a background in one or the other it seems like, just curious if y'all thought one was better than the other.

You gotta lay that down IMO. I think if he shoves for 40BB then he either has like QQ, JJ or AK. You would be a coinflip against one of those. If your stack was half of what it was then super snap call but u are pretty deep behind. Wait for better spot. Too many people overplay AQ, esp when it comes to calling off their chips to large all ins. That's like the most common play with AK deep in tournament...SHOVE. Def don't want to call.

Dude no question, this is a super duper snap FOLD. You don't call off your stack here with A9 os. You have M of almost 4 which is fine. A9 is fine to shove but not call. You are putting your tournament life on HOPEFULLY being 60/40' Naw dude, you wait. You may hear people here say call but as you probably can tell that's why you are going busto in these tournaments.

Software to view Hand Histories ?
So I just played a tournament and am curious if there is a free viewer that I can use to go back and look at all my plays. Any advice would be helpful. I know about pokerxfactor and pokertracker but don't want to pay to use their viewers.

I went on like a crazy huge heater for a few weeks and honestly didn't sleep for a month cause all I could think about was poker. I then would get up next day and watch the tournament again and just see how well (slash how lucky) I really got. started with 27 bucks in br. won back to back 8 180's. br at 750 won two 24 mtt buy in. br at 7K. won 50 mtt buy in. br at 17K. got 1st and 2nd in 24 and 10 buy in. br at 23K You try sleeping after that.

Anyone Play Chess?
I am just getting into chess and I'm looking for the best way to learn. I just recently found that seems to have a lot of good stuff on there and fun puzzles and wanted to know if anyone else had a good site that I could learn from. Thanks in advance.

The main thing you must realize which 95% of people don't is that traders on wall street make more money when the market goes down. I so wish that everyone took 5 minutes to write something. If everyone did then it would make a huge difference. Unfortunately 99% of players won't do anything and then spend 100 hours writing posts about how gay it is that internet is banned and they can't get money and that check are bouncing. Man I hope this helps. If anyone can find a way to track down the people that voted no let's go kick the crap out of them. 98% is good but 100% with over 100,000 people would be fantastic. Sadly as much as people get upset about how online poker is getting worse and how it's harder to get money on and off, MOST players will never do anything about it. Write your congressman, fill out surveys, join the PPA. If we really did all we could it would be legalized IMO.

Nothing will change though. We read this stuff everyday and yet people will still play. People will post about UB but it won't stop people. We could get on our accounts to find 10% randomly gone and yes we would cry about it but we'd still keep playing. They basically control us and can do anything they want us to do.
