You can only do one per month; it takes about a month to arrive, and it must be at least $500. I've never had problems with it tho. You just have to be patient.

Yea i just watched this. The three stories portray gambling more negatively than reality, and the blatant contrived dialogue is kind of annoying. But, this is a better misrepresentation than ESPN glorifying the poker lifestyle. It's much better for America's GDP and its citizen's mental health to be mislead in this direction instead of the way they were in the Moneymaker boom.

If you're an average player, your roi is probably about -9% or -10%, so you're gonna have to improve. Even if you become better than 95% of the field, it's still not worth it.

Just from my sng experience, i have played almost 16k games at average $24 stake and average %10 roi. I have had one stretch of 2.8k-3k games where I was break even, but I am sure that I was playing worse than usual/tilting. It seems like you have a pretty consistent curve for your first 20k games. It could be a terrible run of cards, but I would guess that it's a combination of both, and you're probably not in top form. It's hard to be playing up to your potential in the midst of a run like that.

yea i understand the bet. i think the odds are probably skewed a little bit since ivey is on a ridiculous heater, and it's just more fun to bet on ivey since he's cool. i really do expect ivey to have longer odds than shulman by november tho. you're right, ivey will be playing ftw more than anyone, but shulman is a rich jew, and he came way to close before to vag out and get pushed around at the end. if you can find someone to hold the 50, i'll send it.

Reraise of Flat AA preflop here???
So i'm near the end of this $10 6 max freezeout. UTG is like 27 bb's deep and opens for 2.5 bbs. I'm immediately on his left and have him covered by a little bit. I don't know anything about him; I was just moved to the table like 3 hands before this. Am i supposed to flat him preflop, or do a little 3bet' I considered making it like 40 or 42k after he opened but ended up flatting him and busting vs his flopped sf draw.
