Computer Help: I need service pack 3 for XP What's up. My friend has what looks like an ancient dell latitude. He just bought an aircard from AT&T but it won't work because his software is outdated and the AT&T software is saying he needs to get the service packs. He is currently running windows xp professional 2002 edition with no service packs. Anyone know where i can get the service pack 3 for free to help him out' I've tried to DL it from a few different sites i found by google but they seem to not work. Thanks, ImperialWager Posted in: Off Topic |

Re:$5 Hot & Ready pizza from Little Ceasars I've ordered the $5 dollar pizza from LC. It's mediocre. It's a decent deal if you don't wanna spend much money on lunch or dinner. I have a subway three stores down from my LC, and their having a $5 sub foot long special going on right now. Better deal IMO. Posted in: Off Topic |

Best Online poker Calculator? Right now I am just interested in looking at pre-flop hand versus hand calculations rounded to the nearest percent for hold'em. For example: I just opened up pocketfives card calculator and ran Two Red Aces Versus Two Black Queens. Run it twice baby! Results first time: Aces win 81.57% of time, lose 18.08% of time, tie .35% of time Results second time: Aces win 80.74% of time, lose 18.92% of time, tie .35% of time If you were rounding, queens lose 18% on first run and lose 19% on second run. which is it' Maybe i'm just being picky, or didn't get enough sleep last night but the ... Re:My bust out hand in last nights PS $70+7 6-max 20k garunteed At the time, the opening raiser had almost 4x the amount of chips I had and I felt I could beat his open range. The 300, plus the blinds 50 + 100, seemed like a good spot to steal and pick up a few chips. If i was wrong, i still had AQ. So i risked 2715 to get 450 (no blinds and antes yet). No great odds there, but i felt he could raise with almost anything there and would certainly fold against my shove due to my table image. Unfortunately, the big blind, one of two players im trying to squeeze out, had a monster and i didn't hit an ace. But yeah I'm just looking for an overall ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:My Online Poker Goal - Advice needed Just got home from second job, the recession and those rising gas prices suck, I wanna build a roll. Gonna take a nap and play later tonight. Anyway, The 10+1 was taking a shot. Unfortunately, i got tired and gave up. The gameplay in this was dry though, didn't see fancy plays. I liked playing in this, but i won't for awhile now. MathClub - Your right, i only play occasionally online but playing outside my BR usually loses my micro-deposit in one night. It's a leak in my game for sure, i just need to practice some discipline and stick to what i should be playing not what i want ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:My Online Poker Goal - Advice needed Hey guys, its late here and I didn't plan on playing for 3.5hrs. But here's what went down. Played first $1.20 Turbo 45 man and came in 30/45. Went all in early pre with 99 and lost. After that i played two sets of five sit n gos (5 tabled, when finished, restart another five). First set: 41/45 - $3+.25 NLH Turbo 27/45 - $3+.25 NLH Turbo 155/360 - .10cent NLH Turbo 135/180 - $2+.20 NLH Turbo 148/180 - $4+.40 NLH I went from 1 table to five, and was having issues with laying out the screens. Wasn't patient and at this point I'm down $14.40. Second Set: 18/45 - ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:My Online Poker Goal - Advice needed So far it looks like the $1.00 + .20 45 mans sounds like the way to go. Unless any other good options out there' Another question, obv tilting is easier online than live. I wanna set a loss limit tonight. What should it be' I just got in, and will be playing soon. You can search for me to see how i'm doing if you'd like. Thanks guys for the advice. It's about 10pm here on east coast. Ill be playing in about thirty min. My Online Poker Goal - Advice needed I don't play much online, I mostly play live cash games in AC. Anyway, I looked up my stats on Sharkscope today, after hanging out in the bad beat forum. Wow, some people do run bad! Anyway over 19 games played I have a minus 57% ROI. Anyone else have stats from other databases' My Goal: I just wanna turn this around into a positive ROI. I don't think this should be that difficult to do, being i only have 19 games in, and I really didn't play well in those games. But that's it!! Thats my simple goal. I'd be willing to throw down $100.00 deposit. Questions: Being that ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:27 off high calls down for the win :/ Yeah bad call with 2-1 POs with deuce seven. Chip leader just throwing around chips IMO. Hey houston, when you looked up his stats, were they from sharkscope' I looked up mine - minus 57% ROI (From Sharkscope). I micro-deposit every now and again. What would it take to turn it around into positive' Posted in: Bad Beats |

Re(1): How are AC poker rooms during the weekdays? You pretty much got it. Mostly tags on those hours/days. However, i do like thursdays in AC. Thats like the beginning of when all the action starts to heat up, and players get an early start on the weekend that day. Mon-wed cash games are nitty from my exp in relation to the weekends. However its easier to manage your stack on those days (mon-wed), because people are playing it straight, and not making many fancy moves. So you won't have to face to many hard decisions. Re(1): Atlantic City question I pretty much just play at the Taj. If your looking to play $1/2 NL, you'll have a seat inside 5 minutes if that anytime of the week. The min buy in for $1/2 NL is 60 bucks and max is 300. They don't have $2/4 NL there, its $2/5 nl and the min/max buy in for that game is 120/500. I like the $1/2 game myself because of the extra 50 big blinds you can buy in for (if you buyin max at $2/5 for 500 thats only 100 big blinds). The wait for a $2/5 table is between 5-15 minutes on avg, i've never waited more than 15 to get a table. Parking costs five bucks. One last piece of advice playing live i'll ...
