Yeah, it was a weird hand. He left himself 59K behind (nothing). not true. they were completely wrong about the ice. It, in fact, did NOT prove that there was water there. Rather, it was found to be deposits of Ice 9 by the Bokenon Administration. And much like the Bush Administration did with Osama's death, NASA neglected to report this update, which revealed their tendency to be wrong. They are probably wrong here too. Look at the OP- there are pictures dude. How often is PICTURE PROOF incorrect' Alot less than NASA, that's for sure.

I think people are prone towards monogamy, or they are not. In my experience, "Players" are just guys that can't find what they really want, and so settle for a large quantity of what they can get. bullshit. its not like your example at all, because: 1. Pokerstars are neither police nor any other authoratative body vested with any power to seize anybodies money. 2. the OP has no idea if Pokerstars is on the up and up. Its more like you loan 100K to your friend, they pay you back , and you deposit it at your bank. Then your bank freezes your account and a customer service agent explains its because the money you deposited came from your friend who had robbed their bank at some point.

Im not ranked...or really any good. But it appears to me that your mistake in the hand you posted is that you let your set get runner-runnered. In order to chip up it is imperative that your flopped monsters HOLD. Clearly, you did not do that here...you are going to find it EXTREMELY difficult to chip up in a tournament if you just keep letting opponents hit runner runner like that. Just make certain the river is a diamond next time you are in a similar situation (but not running diamonds of coarse).

Didnt he pull funds out of his own pocket to pay back some of those people. I recall a well known poster from the pokerspot debacle posting on rec.poker.gambling that dutch reimbursed him his losses after winning his WSOP bracelet in 2006. I also remember the poster got seriously flamed just for saying, "russ boyd just payed me back out of his WSOP winnings, so he is 100% vindicated in my book."
