Yes, I know there' a movie called Spartacus. You do know Gladiator was loosely based on the life of Spartacus lol, right' @Doomed TY. Korn Chopped, Screwed, Live, & Unplugged
So I'm on my third Samuel Adam's Winter Lager, 30 minutes removed from an extremely potent medical{imo}marijuana joint and I find this album on ZunePass. No joke. Korn Chopped, Screwed, Live, & Unplugged album, circa 2006. 9 songs including one with DJ "5000" Watts & another with Dem Franchise Boyz. Can anyone else appreciate the insanity that is this phenomena'

Havent tried in a while, but could in h/s...I can palm a basketball pretty easily, but am a one foot jumper...always found it easier to get them down lobbing the ball of the bounce to myself...not sure why

I started taking Jeet Kune Do {Bruce Lee's discipline} back in April...it's a combination of Shaolin kungfu, judo, hapkido, jiu-jitsu, and tae kwon do. I can say with 100% certainty it was the best decision I've ever made. It's totally changed the way I approach life everyday as a whole for the better. I highly recommend training a martial art that emphasizes striking first. Jiu-jitsu is complicated, it takes much more training to advance in skill imo... My best advice to you is to read lots of philosophy to prepare mentally, both on martial arts and otherwise. The most ...
