Where can I find the pocket 5's link that listed all the WSOP cashes for all the p5'ers' I have an idiot friend who rags on online poker being full of idiots, and I just wanted this list to shove in his face to end the argument. Thanks

it seems to me that FTP has more micro tourneys as well as better payouts in their tourneys, and stars has bigger fields and better guarantees...maybe it's not exactly this, but it just seems that way to me.

I think you place very little value in your free time, and probably because you feel you have so much of it. I work 60+ hours a week and I do not have the free time to grind, which is not to say I couldn't grind $200 into $1k in a week with the free time you have. I am pulled in 7 directions by those who care about me to spend time with them during my free time. I put in my hours in my 20's so I didn't have to grind up rolls in my 30's. Count me among those more than willing to ship half my winnings...

I think this depends on the person, but most of the people who have deals did not earn them by being reckless or having crappy overall stats. I do not think this is a quality backers are looking for, which is probably why they will not be willing to throw boatloads of money at players until they can display some bankroll management and treat the initial stake very delicately.

I learned to get over myself and the delusional idea that I didn't suck despite the disguise of a few upswings, and admit that until I am the player I want to be, I should probably take the advice of those more successful.

I have no advice on how to get it but keep looking everywhere. I preordered mine like a loyal fan would, and I've read it 2x now. This is a much better read than vol. I for because my main focus right now is closing out tournaments, and this book specifically addresses late/end game strategy. It literally reads like an xfactor vid in written form, and I can't say enough good things about this book.

it looks like he is trying to practice bankroll management, so suggesting he play in one of the biggest crapshoot tourneys with what is left of his BR is perhaps counterproductive, no' and I do not think he said that he was unable to reload. I think he needed a larger roll to start, or he needed to play nothing more than 1 dollar sng's/micros or less but that is not the point. the point is he needs to stop the bleeding that is "bad BR management". He may need to redeposit and read up about BR management better, but where he is at right now is a good place to start. If you are ...
