Serious Dilemma (wsop Vegas Related) ...
The only thing he needs to talk with her about is the fact that he's staying, not taking no for an answer, and how he's going to spare her the burden of telling him what he should do which makes it uncomfortable for both of them. Nobody says he needs to constantly be at the hospital or around the family any more than what is comfortable, just there when she wants or needs him.

LOL at just talk to her about it. Like a woman will answer you directly, honestly, and rationally. "I know I said just go but obviously I wanted you to say no baby, I'm not leaving you." QE3, QE4, QE5, etc... Who do you think is buying US Debt at 2%' If the Fed doesn't print money and buy treasuries the interest rates will rise to a level we can't pay. We're painted in to a corner of printing money or defaulting. Unlike Greece we're too big to bail out. Hyper inflation here we come.

Maybe the Yankees figured out 5 rings ago how easy the game is when you have to pitch one inning less than everybody else. The crazy thing is whenever they ask a physically destroyed, broke, ex NFL player if knowing what they know now if they'd still be a pro football player they almost always say yes without hesitation. I think even if you asked Junior in the last hours if he would have played NFL football and played it with the abandon he did knowing what he knows now he would have probably said yes. Football isn't going anywhere. It isn't only pro athletes that get concussions but it is only pro athletes that seem to be going in to deep depressions and offing themselves. A huge part of it is the depression of the money, fame, and physical prowess being there and then being gone. They go from Gods to broke, forgotten (in comparison to their playing days), and also in physical pain. He isn't the first or last one to do it unfortunately. There are tons of high school and college players that never made it to the NFL that suffered several concussions and they aren't all shooting themselves. I think concussions are a big part of it but I also think going from a star athlete to a washed up old athlete to a retired athlete plays a big part too. How do you go from a finely tuned athlete with 70,000 chanting your name to a retired ex athlete that hurts all over and signs the occasional autograph' The culture shock leads to severe depression as much as the head injuries IMO.

2012 Marathon/Half/10K/5K Race training thread
Sit in a chair with feet flat on the ground. Leave your heels on the ground and lift your toes as far from the ground at possible over and over. Do this as much as possible, at work, watching TV, whenever. Great for preventing and improving shin splints.

2012 Marathon/Half/10K/5K Race training thread
I run 4-5 miles almost every morning. This past Sunday I ran my first 5K. I was like pfft, that shit is only 3.2 miles, no sweat. What a rude awakening. Like many do, which I read after the fact, I started off all piss and vinegar practically running at the sound of the horn for a good mile. My 1st mile was in about 8:40 which is fast for me. I actually wanted to turn in a fast 1st mile because I wasn't worried about gassing over such a short distance. I might not have if some rocket scientist didn't have a 3/4 mile incline in the middle of the route. Who fucking does that' Needless to say ...

100% false. A huge issue between Cowher and the front office at the time was how badly he wanted his NC State boy Rivers in that draft. Many say that draft was the beginning of the end for Cowher in Pittsburgh and why he still insists on full power whenever a team calls him.
