SELF BRANDING. YOU CAN'T BRAND A NAME YOU HAVE TO BRAND YOURSELF. BACK TO MY JAY-Z REFERENCE, HE HAS PATENTED A COLOR CALLED JAY-Z BLUE. Self Marketing. It didn't say "Brooklyn Blue" etc etc. THINK BIG.

Ok So explain to me how Annette_15 ate a suspension from a site that is "paying" her to play. She's the best in the world, so she's getting the best deals in the world right' Furthermore, I KNEW THAT ALREADY. You act like I don't know pwners. I was referring to the fact that I've yet to see an ONLINE POKER PLAYER get money other than from the SITES that they are affiliated with.

If I was... Am I the only true hustler on P5's
One of the things that boggle my mind is how these very very very talented and proven winning poker players online and off are not exploring opportunites to make money outside of poker. Like if you set up a viable side business earning like $100k per year. If I were BodogAri at this point I would have placed myself in position to partner with Bodog through utilizing the 11 Immutable Laws of Branding. I'd have a tournament named after myself with some sick bounty for taking me out. I'd generate traffic to the site and enjoy residuals. I'd also partner with the site to merchandise clothing / ...

Re(1): am i making a mistake??
When you know you have at least 2 donkeys sitting behind you, a limp of KK or AA from UTG is nice. When you re-raise them out of their chair, they tend to call. You win. Never do that shit with QQ or JJ under the gun. Limp with JJ b/c its easy to get away from if there's too much action. Raise QQ to force out shit.

Re(1): Question about the Stars 100+R... quitting during the first hour
Well good players tend to quit when they are running bad. If the $100 rebuy is your 5th toruney of they day and you've been losing everytime you have an edge, I'd stop after one rebuy too.

Re(5): Big hand for big MTT players.. Discussion please
I personally fold A/K vs. even two raises so as to not be in a position where I am calling off my stack. It's a rule I live and die by. I only call off with PAIRS 99 and better. BUT NEVER for my ENTIRE stack. A/K is still a drawing hand. Personally I'll wait till I get 6/8 suited the next hand and shove it in from middle position if the table folds to me.

Re(1): What would you do with this bankroll?
Well now that you are in a position where you don't need money anymore your focus should be on growth. That doesn't mean register for the FTP DS $69 tonight. Rather, assess your skill level and build your roll accordingly. Personally I feel your experience puts you in a postion where you should play $10 SNG's on STARS and $2 SNG's on Tilt. Mix in the $3 Rebuy and when you get to $700 or so play the $5 rebuy once a week. On tilt, I'd play every single $5 and under MTT there is. Great value for good players. I'd definitely sit on those tokens until I really feel that I am running well and am ...

Re(6): PWNERSHIP SOCIETY - BRAG POST
It took me less than one second to read between the lines. It brought a quote that I used to append to bottom of my e-mails this time last year. It goes to the effect of dont read what I say, but read what I am not saying. I read exactly what you were not saying. I know exactly what you were saying. However "we'll see". The people who love me, love me b/c I love them.

Re(4): Tornament Question For Hands Played!!!
Playing 20-30% of hands is ridiculous. You should be in the 10-12% range. No more, no less. Late in tournaments when you run out of gas, RE-STEAL. If you set up the image of being and ultra tight and ultra agressive player, you can re-pop 7/3 off with a positive expectation out of the big blind with confidence in ease. The steals and successful steals separate tournament winners and losers. Another important thing is that you should never change your betting pattern in, on and around the bubble. It makes it really tough for good players to read you. You wanna steal against good players, not ...

I'mma make ya'll love me. I love the negative energy b/c without it I wouldn't play with the sense of urgency and focus that I will be playing, like last fall. I like to be the underdog, I've been that way my whole life and continue to exceed expectations. It's really bigger than me though. PWNERSHIP SOCIETY. Cameras are rolling too. Pokumentary this fall.

Oh yeah. But I'm a showman, it's gonna have to be after I have firmly ESTABLISHED myself as one of the best in the world... and I would want everyone who's everyone in online poker to be watching as I lose 4 $1k matches in a row to Annette (best of 7). :-) Hell... I might make it an online Pay Per View or something.

PWNERSHIP SOCIETY - BRAG POST
As promised I will be increasing my volume by 8 - 10 tourneys a day (from one now) in the coming weeks. This comes at the heels of a favorable employment situation. Nonetheless, I took my best friend DEADMAN2007 on FTP under my wings and taught him how to play poker. PWNERSHIP POKER. He took 2nd in the daily double 5 days ago, and today made two final tables in tournaments with prize pools $10k or more. One third place. (look for DB results tomorrow). HOW THE FCUK AM I NOT MOTIVATED' HOW CAN I LET MY MAN OUT DO ME' TLB, watch out! AND MY YOUNGER BROTHER IS LEARNING / PLAYING.

Re(2): Do poker commentators DUMB down Poker?
Your lens is too narrow. Widen your scope. Just because I said it "should" doesn't mean that I think it does win all the time. IN A PERFECT WORLD A/K would beat 10/9 100% of the time. It's Ace high vs. 10 high. You guys have a talent for being simple minded. It amazes me.

Do poker commentators DUMB down Poker?
I'm sittin around playin a tourney and watchin poker on ESPN. A hand comes up with Mark Seif and Chris Furbert. I'm not sure EXACTLY how the hand began, but Seif and Furbert wound up seeing a flop. Seif held !0/9HH and Furbert had A/K off. Flop: 10/6/x Furbert goes all in out of position. (Which is obv not the best play there). Seif calls. Furbert hits his K on the river. The commentators almost blew a gasket talking about how Furbert is living on the edge and getting lucky. They made it seem like it was just absolutely HORRIBLE that 10/9 lost there. A couple of my buddies are over and they ...

Re(2): How to take notes.
I have similar notes, I was in a hand with a guy where he shoved pre-flop for all his chips. I read my notes, and he had done it with 33, 55, A2 in similar situations, I called with A/J hopin to run down his low pair and he flipped over KK... I normally fold a bet that size with A/J but my donkey notes on him fucked me. lol.

I'd shove. You've set an image and a pattern and sort of bind yourself by it. He's going to play back at you with 99 and better there. 88 if he has really big balls.
