Looking for staker - good up and coming player
Currently looking for a staker - little about me started poker few years ago have 5-6 4 figure scores in MTTs ranging from 20 - 500 BI's . BRM was always my downside but recently have started studying the game and really analyzing HHs and discussing sessions with other players. What is your line here?
I believe you have a double belly buster, K or 9 completes the straight. In terms of the hand I think c/c and betting are both fine

it was his bet sizing.. i called the turn to see what he would do on the river..given how he was playing and the almost instant pot size bet on the river...i thought i was beat..

Podcast: Round Table HSMTT Strategy Discussion
how do you guys control tilt, i always find myself losing a monster pot either in cash or getting knocked out of a tournament and then find myself playing stakes way out of my roll...go on to lose a bunch of money and wonder where it all went wrong.. i know its easy to identify tilt but what are ways to minimise it and also tips on what you guys do when u go on a bad run of cards.

yeah i think AK or JJ... i believe folding tens there is the right play but im a donk so i probably make the crying call.. although i still can't see any hand he shows up with there besides those 2 mentioned..

i couldnt disagree with you more, assuming we put villian on a tight range given 1st hand TT+ AQ+... the line that he took screams AK or JJ tbh...i don't think he checks back turn w/ AQ, TT or QQ so i believe folding the river is 100% the best play...

yeah i agree, i don't think villian ever has AxKh there with his big bet on the river..because AK has showdown value and a value bet would be very thin. Looks like a monster trying to get paid...i think 99/T9hh are 2 hands he could have in this position. Going from your call on the turn i really don't see villian show up with a bluff here very often.. unless he has KhJx...

bad chop by Giamp blur5f6 had 60 mill.. got 1.145.. Giamp had 30 mill got $830,000 Sir mad had 15 mill... got $805,000 why would giamp settle for only a small percentage more when he had double the chips of Sirmad' 2nd was $890,000 anyway...is that a terrible deal on his behalf or what' i think sir mad got very lucky to pull that when 3rd was 690k....

ATdd, 99...i think my line does look like either air or a monster...and if im only repping really 1 hand i think he could find a call there... thinking about it now it is a pretty bad line..was just looking for insight into the hand bcos when he tanked the river i really thought i had him...i put him on a middle pair or a draw...say he has 9Tdd...or if he thinks i thought he had a draw...why would i then shove the river' if he thinks this then i think he could find a call with a worse hand...i dunno

not being results orientated i think when i check raise the turn he can have alot of draws...as can i...if i made this play with AK and i thought he was drawing i would of checked the river. Thats why i like the shove on the river because im only representing really 1 hand and if he thinks that im drawing then a call could be reasonable on the river' am i wrong or can u see some sort of logic'
