deoxy ur entire argument is based off the fact that hes either 100% betting for value on the turn or hes 100% bluffing with no equity ..u say that the best way to extract max value is to just c/c each streeti n this situation, but look at all the combos of semi bluffs he can have on the turn that have good equity vs top pair. i havent even looked at the math to see if he should be b/c the turn with a fd but assuming hes not or if hes barreling just overs ur taking down the pot on the turn enough to make it a solid turn option..of course u can c/r the flop too but this is purely based on a ...

preflop is definitely fine, although i think shoving is viable as well..id almost definitely c/c the flop with intending to c/s most turns..its not that c/r flop is bad but ur actually getting some extra value from him on the turn cuz i think he b/f it so often

all of this is true but i think not taking small edges in massive soft fields is pretty overrated. In this specific scenario i dont think its that close at all tbh id shove almost every time. But in general even with 3 tables left in a huge tournament like this the money is at the top and taking semi smalli edges compound on one another over time, and the chips u are accumulate by doing so make a big difference..not to mention ur leveraging a player who might have a smaller abi and be scared money (not sure of players stats/abi') i think calling is an option but for me shoving is what I go ...

ftp mobile digipass app
I used to use the digipass app on my iphone but it broke and I had to get a replacement one. I downloaded the digipass app on the new phone and it says i need to enter a serial number to activate it. The problem is I'm no longer logged into ftp and don't know how I'll be able to get back in until they respond. ANyone have this problem/know wat to do'

like most ppl have been saying the turn isnt great...wat im wondering tho is how often you try to still win the pot on the river if you brick..there might be rivers where u justify a river bluff shove or you bet when checked to otr when its just not a great spot to do so..sometimes playing a hand so passively can lead to an even bigger spew on later streets

i think that villains shove does make me hate life...idk if i fold but id be focusing way more on your flop sizing...you should be making it much bigger in comparison to the size of the pot not to the flop lead

from my pov i feel like you'll be trying to go for 3 streets with your thinly valued hands vs a standard player...this line looks super bluffy in general because even if u over bet the river with a merged range you have to expect to get called light which in general isnt the case with standard players..also when overbetting live u should be weary of whether or not ur opponent is actually counting the exact size of the pot or if hes just like ok i have a pair i call

i can already tell from the way youve explained this hand that you had no plan preflop or on any street which is why its a really bad 3b pre..and if u think dd22 is only 4 betting aa/kk/qq/ak preflop ur dead wrong...when u 3b a hand like aj, especially on the button, youre going to consistently be playing your hand faceup like this and vs anyone with beginner level hand reading abilities youre going to get owned...if u had intent to 3b/c pre then thats a different story but it seems like you were lost the whole way
