Throwdown!
Wife has made numerous recipes from your sister and they have all been awesome. Ive been making her breakfast burritos all season for tailgating too. By far the best recipe Ive found. Nice, simple and goes perfect with a cold beer.

HS Prep School refuses to play b/c other team too BIG
I can understand where you are coming from jester, but I would imagine that every parent of every kid on that team knew 100% that their kids would be playing against kids twice the size of their own. It seems that by allowing the kids to play, the parents have made the decision to allow for that increased risk of injury. I didnt play high school football but I would think that the parents need to sign off allowing their kids to play. It seems as if this school has been pretty dominant for years and that the safety issue could have been presented to administration well before the decision to ...

What % of online poker earnings would be taken for taxes in the U.S.?
Nothing will change at all how gambling winnings are taxed. Nor will anything change how income from professional poker players are taxed. You are taxed on your worldwide income in the U.S. based on the graduated income tax rates. If you are in the top bracket, and you add on state taxes you could be taxed upwards of 40%. the only thing that will change is that U.S. poker sites will most likely have reporting obligations so you can no longer evade taxes. This all only applies to U.S. taxpayers obviously.

I tried that...after I already requested a check. They said since the check was already sent to the processor they cant reissue the withdraw using another method. They cannot cancel the withdraw either. Kinda frustrating, Im sure they lost a processor and finding another...just curious if anybody else had more info. Thanks for the help though.

Players Only VIP
Anybody else have withdraw issues with them. While it does take more than a month to recieve a check usually, Ive never had a problem receiveing and cashing their checks. I requested two checks on August 24th which were sent out on October 2. I recieved one check within 2 weeks which was fine, but still have not received the 2nd check. Customer service is giving me the runaround saying the batch of checks from the time period had a problem and they cannot give me a timeframe for when the check will be sent. Has anybody else had the same problem with any requests around that time frame' ...

The gold cards you can get from ring games only. They have daily lotteries that you can win and they also have gold card tournaments. I dont play much cash at all and I have probably 40 or so cards so not sure why some people dont earn as many. That said about 12 of those cards are the 2c.

Re:snooker__31 is a scammer (Very long)
We're arguing semantics at this point. We obviously have different understandings of the word scam. If a herion addict borrows money from their mother to buy groceries and runs into her dealer on her way to the store and buys some herion instead, did she scam her mother' even though there was no intention to buy the herion when she borrowed the money'

Re:snooker__31 is a scammer (Very long)
If the broker had the intention to bet the ponies with the money before I gave it to him, yes I would feel scammed. I dont think this is the case though. Call him a degenerate scumbag if you want, but I dont see how he scammed him in anyway. Unless of course his intention before hand was to play 5/10 PLO. Ill give hime the benefit of the doubt though.

Re:snooker__31 is a scammer (Very long)
I dont know. Maybe OP had good intentions. Saying he was a scammer in the title when clearly no scam has occurred just seemed wrong and vindictive. I just think it could have been handled in a better way.

Re:snooker__31 is a scammer (Very long)
No I would not send him any money. But if I was his backer I would not come here and try to tarnish his reputation assuming all the facts we have are true. Believe it or not people make mistakes. Most people run from them. Snooker actually manned up to it. Not saying it makes what he did ok, but I dont think it makes it right for Jayhawk to come on here and try to ruin the guy. This all could have been handled on PM. I dont know. I dont normally post. I guess the post just bugged me and then I saw his picture and had this urge to slap him right in his pussy.

Re:snooker__31 is a scammer (Very long)
The guy made a mistake, contacted his backer upfront about it to arrange a payment plan, Jayhawk responded like he was some million dollar hot shot backer. This seems much more like a mistake than a scam. While I agree he shouldnt be running a contest, this could have been handled in a better way. No reason to ruin a guys reputation over a $1000 stake gone wrong.

Re:F SPORTSBOOK AND THE CAKE NETWORK
Every site is having problems with their processors. I dont think its just a coincendence that 90% of the sites are struggling on that end right now. I imagine finding a processor isnt the easiest thing to do in these days. Either accept it as it is or dont play online until the mess is cleaned up. The site bashing is getting old though as clearly its on the processor end of things.

How long do MTT's last?
Is there any way to get a general idea on how long an MTT will last' For example the Full Tilt 50/50 I would assume gets 1,000+ people easy. How long would a tournament with that structue last' I am going to focus more on my MTT game, and I just want to make sure when I join a tournament I wont be awake until 4am if for some crazy chance I FT it. Works a bitch. Thanks everyone.

Re(3): getting from SYracuse aiport to Turningstone
Uh...just an honest thought..Maybe he has a healthy BR because he takes the time to go over his options and pick the one that makes the most economical sense. Why pay 75$ if there is a cheaper alternative' To the OP - Ive never had a problem renting a car in NY under the age of 21. I suggest renting a car, hopping on the thruway and head east for about 25 miles or so. Its a striaght shot. There is about zero to do in Vernon, so if you need to get out, the car is always nice.

Re(2): Bodog Blackjack
The house always has an edge in online blackjack. deposit bonuses in no way effect the house edge. They give you the bonus because they know in the long run they will get back the bonus as well as the deposit because they have that edge. It costs them nothing and it attracts new players.
