pocket pairs
Deep in a tournament is it a bad idea to jam small pocket pairs when your in the BB and have less then 10 BB left. I came across this situation playing a 15k 70+5 Ko on FTP. The blinds were 500/1000.

If anyone knows any good resources for learning the mathmatics involved with no limit holdem i would greatly appreciate it.

Was this a bad move?????
I was deep in a 12k ko on FTP and i got AK spades in the sb. The guys on the button jammed for 2700 i flat. Hans Vogl with QQ makes it 8k. I then jammed for 25k. Was this a bad move or was i just unlucky''' Im a new player so any feed back i appreciated.
