I prefer Bob McCown on the Fan 590 (Toronto), but he doesn't start till 2PM my time, so I usually just kill my mornings listening to Rome, but I don't actually like him that much. Sorry dude, but she was probably the worst out of them all. If she wins the whole thing is riged.

Blue Jays vs Phillies: Roy Halladay's return to Toronto
Hells yeah I did !!!! Loved every moment of it. It sucked they lost in the semis but Houston was gorgeous and I though the whole experience / atmosphere was wicked beyond belief. I will EASILY be doing another Final 4 in the next 3 - 5 years (regardless of the teams). I even updated the thread with photos but it seemed to of died as soon as the tourney finished. I stayed in a Hotel that was literally down the street from the Rams team Hotel in the "Gallerie" (sp') area. Did you head down afterwards '' Michael

100% agreed. In AA we trust. A really nice change from the J.P era that was difficult to live through. The fact that Jose is getting paid 8 million this year (which can almost be argued has already paid itself) and then 14M for years 12 - 15, with a 14M team option for 16 (1M buyout) can potentially make this one of the biggest club friendly contracts in the past 10 years of baseball. Had AA not locked up Jose as he did during the off-season (with the money saved from shipping V-Dub out of town) I don't think the Jays would have been able to afford him as a free agent this coming ...

BEST: Cant link the actually video so here's link: Johnny Macs homerun on Fathers day in 2010 after his dad had passed away the Monday before and the funeral was on Friday. He rejoined the team on Sunday, and was put into the game as a injury substitution in the 8th inning and, in his first at-bat since his fathers death, hit a homerun in the 9th after his dad had asked him to try and hit more of them for him right before he passed away. I hate to bring up an old thread from January (that I fucking started), but I am a lil' tipsy right now and absolutely beside myself (just got back from the bar). Its been a long bumpy ride but its been sooooooooooooooooooooo worth it. First, I lost my shit when VCU got picked in selection Sunday. Then it was followed by anger with all the negativity they received. Since then .......... well I'm sure everyone knows what's happened since then. For me, this shits not real. I will NEVER get the opportunity to go to a Final 4 again. I enter the ticket draw ever year and i went ecstatic last year ...

Beats by Dre or Quiet Comfort?
I'll be the counter argument. I purchased the newest line of Dre's back in early November. I got these ones: They were 349.99 CDN on launch day. I like them. Like people have said they are obviously good for Hip Hop but what most people don't know is they are wickedly awesome for classical music as well (as a surprise to most people these are my 2 favorite forms of music). So the beats work perfect for me. These ones are NOT noise cancellation however the ear pieces are so big and snug that there is very little sound leakage and due to this most external noise is not heard at all. I ...

Houston, Texas - Final Four. Tourist Suggestions (Now with updated Pics)
Hello, Long time reader, small time poster. That said I am going down to Texas in April for the March Madness Final Four (No, this is not a hidden brag post either). The only 2 American cities I've ever visited has been Detroit and NYC so I've never been anywhere south. I'm planning about a week trip and other then all obvious March Madness related events / fan-fest's the only thing I've researched that in my opinion is a must is the NASA tour. Just purchased a TV. Comments / Suggestions !!
So I've been in the market for a TV for about 12 months now. Been doing my research and finally took the plunge yesterday. I purchased a 55''Samsung LED TV (Model #: UN55B7100). Future Shop I believe I made a good choice with everything I've been reading for the past year leading up to the purchase, as well as everything I have read last night since making the purchase. Does anyone here own a Samsung, and if so what have been some positive stories about the product. Thanks. Michael
