Re:LOL @ WPT 25k
Table 9 has Steve Wong on it, doesn't get any stronger if you ask me. Table 2 may have 2 extremely good players but the other's are overated known fishes.

Re:AkuAku?
Indeed, Played 30/60 razz with him last year. At that time he was in the top 20 of the yearly TLB. So at first I asumed he was good. He's not tough.

Re(1): Spot to fold AA in a SNG?
Ok, I put it in ICM as followed: Payout 50/30/20 Equity when folding this hand and folding any 2 the next hand to: Stacks: HERO: 1130 (1780-425-225) shorty: 0 equity 0 villain 1: 3030 (3080-25-25) villain 2: 9340 (8215+475+650) Hero's equity 24.633 Equity hero after callin and winning and than fold any 2 in the next hand: Stacks: HERO: 3385 (1780+1830-225) shorty: 0 equity 0 villain 1: 3030 (3080-25-25) villain 2: 7085 (8215-1780+650) Hero's equity: 31.017 Hero's equity after calling and loosing is obv 0. This means that when Hero will win 82.57% of these situations he should call.

Re(1): $55 beat 12 people win $12,500 main event package
Since my biggest opponent is always myself this is nothing like a good deal. Instead of 1/8000 players being me, now I have to struggle to a field wich contains myself for 25% not only ones but even 4 times. No thanks!

Re(6): pokerstars needs to (imo)
Just a tought, but in live games it's not forbidden to show your hands when allin either. So why not add a possibility to show your hand' Just like you can choose muck our show at the end of a hand.

Re(1): Stars SNG TLB
Yes, I understood the same from some support person who was hosting the final table of the TLB freeroll for 101-200 placed players in December (came 104th in TLB :( won 1K in the alternative freeroll :) ) Some obeserver asked if they would have TLB for SnG's, the support guy said it would be in 8 tiers of different buyin levels. Don't play a lot of SnG's because I suck at it. (just as all other variants of poker, but I'm stiil in denial for that)

Re(1): Chip Jett plays razz good!
I get what you mean, had the same problem when I switched from stars to full tilt. full tilt for some reason shuffles the holecards, so other players can't see wich card he got on the river and wich were his 2 staring hole cards. So you tought he started the hand with (7)(4)7 while in fact he started (probably) with (3)(4)7.

Re(1): RAZZ
I agree on your point that tere are less suckouts. As long as you know that A23 vs A46 is nothing like AA vs KK. That's from my point of view another positive side effect of razz. Bad players think there 3rd street good starting hand is a huge favorite to less but still good starting hands. Because of this a lot of people will call a hand down and feel so unlucky. Then they tilt on the next hands wile razz is very much a game of patience. In short: bad players experience more bad beats in razz than good players.

Re(3): The vietcong iso play
Yeah I didn;t understand how he played that A5s. Besides that hand he actually played reasonably tight. The A9o call I made may seem like a donkeycall, but I would asume that he wouldn't flatcall a monster there cause it would be very hard to get value from me on the flop with an empty side pot. Up to there I hardly played a hand so the probability that I would try to isolate from the bb was also to small. Therefore I put him on random cards were he wanted to get good value with. Srry for my bad english

Re(1): Razz Coach
Asking for a tutor in a public forum won't help you find the best teacher. Just look at the raz tables, find out who's the best, find out his contact details and contact him.

Re(1): Razz advice
To be honest I think it's to your advantage there's so little to read about razz. I mean if you can't read it, nobody can. Razz is easy enough to learn wothout books.

Re(2): New Special Betfair Tourney Coming Soon!
The guaranteed pricepool is only 20K, so they're aiming at a field of >100 players. Let's asume 200 players will register. 200x5000=1M chips in play. Let's say tourney will be over when 80bb's are left in play. 1M/80=12.5K That would be around level 23. So the tourney should be over in about 6 hours.

Re(2): EPT Barcelona Satellite hand
Yeah, I remember this hand. Altough restealing in this stage of a qualifier is usually a good move, in this hand hand you absolutely don't have a stack large enough to pull it off. the other player only has to call 3,6K. Why should he not call this amount' 1. 3.6k does indeed damage his stack somewhat, but if he folds this to the smallest stack in the field he will loose so much steal equity, that he will be in more problems after this hand when folding then if he would call. Folding here, means he will have to steal all-in from there on our be losing to a lot more resteals. 2. He can take ...
