Bodog Payouts Dear Mobley, Thank you for contacting Bodog Poker Customer Service. In regards to your query, we have taken a look into your account and seen that you made deposits via credit cards and the one deposit you did via Western Union failed. For you to have receive a payout through western union it would have been your primary method of depositing into your account. The only other option that is available for you to receive your payout is through check by courier and it takes 40 business days. We do apologise for the issue your having, but that is the policy. Your payout is received by the ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Bodog Payouts I play on bodog all day everday. I have paid over 12k in rake since April according to PT. I have made a deposit through Western Union, that never made it to my account by the way. I received 4 payouts for 3k each after I attemped to make that deposit via Western Union. The most recent payout for 3k that I requested has been denied because "Western Union is not your primary method of depositing." I have been informed that Bodog is no longer doing payouts via Western Union simply because you have made 1 deposit that way. So now I am stuck receiving checks 2+ months later. I know ... I'm such a douche - most awkward moment of my life I had an 18 year old girl as a patient when I first got out of school. I was the first person to diagnose her with Retinitis Pigmentosa. Which is a degenerative retinal disease that will eventually lead to blindness, and there is no treatment. I called her mom into the office to break the news. She began crying etc. Then as I am walking her up to the front desk, one of the office staff says "So ya going blind or what'" She instantly began sobbing! Posted in: Off Topic |

The fourth raise means Aces The guy just sat down, and he did so with a full buy in. I think that only an idiot pushes all in with AK there. I am not sure why they would think that they have live cards. In most cases they would be dominated. I dont mind laying down the hand because I still had $160 left. That is a lot to call when you think you are dominated. Here is a quesiton, do you ever lay down QQ six handed' Thanks for the advice. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Can you ever lay down a boat? I was in a cash game last night, $2-5 nl and raised in the cutoff with KQ suited to $25. The button reraised me to $50. He has been a fairly tight player, but has been unable to get away from top pair, top kicker twice when the action was heavy. I called, leaving the pot at $107. The flop is KQQ. Let me check my pants. I check he ckecks. Turn is an Ace, and I lead with $50 and he calls. Pot is now $207. River is a 10, and I lead with $100. He goes all in for $250. The pot is now $557 and it is $150 for me to call. There are 3 possible hands for him to have IMO. AA, KK or AK. 2/3 of them are ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

The fourth raise means Aces I think that I read that in TJ Cloutier' s book. Anyway, I am pretty sure that this was a good lay down on my part, but I like the third raise I made to see where I stood. The only problem would have been if he had just smooth called me, and the flop came rags. done with the dise Most of the kinks have been worked out at bodog. I am back on there now. It is hard to get used to the mini window, but once you do it is okay. Support said that they are going to give you the option of full tables or mini window in about 2 months. The cash games are very soft. I built a nice BR in the cash games. As for the tournaments, there are not as many, but there are usually good overlays in the guarantees. IMO, bodog is getting better, and I am happy to be back on their site again.
