Re(9): Anyone used NUcharge for a Bodog payout? Ok I got the debit to my CC and have put in a deposit into bodog...something I was informed must be done before a payout through nucharge can be processed. No problem, I also outsmarted myself and will have the payout from bodog entering into my debit card bypassing the CC and not having to use an eCheck. This could potentially be pretty useful. We'll see how long it'll take from this deposit before I'm able to make a payout. I will keep all informed. BTW, on another note I'm also setting up a pokerstars account on the side but this does appear to be at least a decent option through bodog. ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): Anyone used NUcharge for a Bodog payout? Ok interesting start, eCheck set up on nucharge failed for an unknown reason. Now attempting to use CC which they said wouldn't be treated any differently from an eCheck as far as debits and credits. Waiting for a $1-$2 debit from CC to verify this option. Re(5): Open Letter to Bodog OK, Let me ask the following question of those 'die-hard' BODOGIANS: WHO IS STAYING (OR HOW LONG DO YOU GIVE THEM TO RECTIFY THESE PAYOUT PROBLEMS') AND WHO IS LEAVING ASAP' I recall last time that this occurred in January after the Super Bowl that things were repaired pretty quickly. However, if the WU option is completely abandoned I'm just not seeing this so easily fixed. IMO, I'll give them THREE WEEKS or roughly until the end of June and whatever option they come up with BETTER be at MOST ONE WEEK (5Biz days) be4 payout is received. Just looking for what others are doing ANY INPUT is ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Best books? All right thank you every1. I appreciate the suggestions. The Harrington books are officially on order. Maybe now that I'll know the M and Q strategy's I'll really rock the tourney's. Hope all your bankrolls are monsters and your pots are smokeable. Later. BTW, Catcher in the Rye is the shit! Best books? I have a general question as to what the best poker books are. I've read both super systems by Brunson, a random Sklansky that I don't recall the title, the Esfandiari WPT book (kinda lame)and am currently reading the Phil Gordon series backwards from the new blue book but am always looking to further my game. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): If you use bogdog, please advise.... I think click2pay is what I had signed up to use originally I haven't used netteller but it is a possibility on bodog. You gotta do a bank verification deal 1st where they put a couple pennies into your account and u tell them exactly how much it was that they deposited then you'll be up and running in no time. Re(4): Do you steal here or is it a bad spot? I also agree with your position of raising with a less conspicuous hand such as even low suited connectors. I personally would NEVER choose q/7 off suite to try and steal blinds with but that's IMO. Also, I think he was out of position to make the attempt in the first place as he had 3 players AND the two blinds to try and motor through. I've found the best and most tricky position to try and steal from (remember most good players KNOW the button is a great place to make a steal) is when you have 1-2 players and the blinds to go through. I VERY rarely make a move with 3 players to my left AND ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): Poker injuries? I had a pretty amusing event (in retrospect) about a week ago. I was playing a $50 SNG and had amassed a huge chip stack with 5-6 players left. Low and behold I decide to walk with my laptop to tell my grandfather (whose place I was crashing at for a week) what the Colorado Rockies score was (god forbid they get cable). Anyway, as I'm walking quickly as I always do, I trip over the oldest of their 6 labrador retrievers and launched by laptop nearly breaking my grandmothers china cabinet and my wrist. The result was a busted hard drive (thank god for warrenty's) me being one pissed off fellow, ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |
