Petition to Fulltilt to stop these Multi Entry Tournaments
I think it was a fun week and I prefer a week like that instead of FTOPS. If they could run this like 4 weeks during the year it would be great imo. Huge prizepools all week long :-)

Sounds like he had a set' What did he show up with' Edit : A set seems very unlike tho as he checked first twice. I`d just call fwiw. And I agree that a shove would make more sense if he bet flop and check turn.

After Stars goes on break you can almost play 2 hands at FTP and UB. And when they are done you got like 1 min before new tournament is starting :-( Would be really nice if all 3 sites could syncronize

He first said he needed cash pretending to be pokerjamers. I really like your analysis as well. And betting on that flop is just a thing I think people randomly do without really thinking about what he can call with. Most people would fold Qs and then you are never getting action from a hand that doesn`t beat you. So I def like a check behind, even though this time he would have hit the two outer and I would have lost. But by checking behind you can get action from a worse hand on later streets.

Doesn`t seem like anyone thinks he can have AK' Is that because he wouldn`t flat with it pre' If so what would people do with AK here if they just flat the UTG raise' Fold or raise' Or is it because he would probably get all the chips in on the flop with AK'

I forgot to include AQcc. That is def a possibility too. But if so shoving on the river would be a bluff on his part and not a valueshove. I didn`t say that I called it :-) Just want to see what people think. And I might have called it too. Will post results later.

A hand from the 1k tonight. What would you do and why? (now with results)
Edit : Moose had QQ like he wrote in the post and I called his bet on the river. I didn`t think he would show up with Qs a lot and if he played KK that way I would be impressed and pay him off. On the other side, I am not sure what I can beat except from a bluff or a poor played AK so I should have folded. I think this hand was interesting on more than one level. It`s the same with the 100$ +2+1.. I would love to play it, but as it is now it just don`t seem worth it. Putting up 400$ to win 5-6k everyday can`t be profitable in a long run. So maybe a bigger guarantee would get more people to pay it.

I just think that a bigger guarantee would make more people play it, and that you are starting at the wrong end of it. Like a 20kG would maybe give you some overlay in the beginning but pretty soon it would be covered. That tourney has potential as it starts primetime, but I think many players find the risk reward not worth it.

I think you should just make this a regular 55r or at least put a bigger guarantee on it. 5kG is a joke. I put 1/5 of that in myself when I decide to play it. Which is not very often anymore as the risk reward is not very good atm.

Lol @ folding if a guy bets 18k in a 3k pot and you got Qhigh flush on 9 high board.. snap shove and get called by AA or KK and gg him.. A friend of mine called a 3bet last year with 88 and flopped a set and this other guy bet 80k into a 20k pot... my friend shoved and got called by AA.. gg him and learn how to bet busto guy..

I do not think he would play KK that way.. and if it was air it was a perfect play by him, putting me on the hand I had and know I would fold. I just don`t see how though as I atleast , would have expected a call from an Ace in that spot.. especially concidering the table was pretty agressive.

I do not think he is putting me on Qx.. I think he puts me on a weak ace. I am not sure though if he shoves river to get max value from a weak ace, or because he thinks I will fold it. I think I was was beat though so I folded. And I think he had Qs.. possibly AQ.
