Agreed, But You have the right to remain silent , anything you say can and WILL be used in a court of law.. So OP decided to say yes. If he never tells the cop he had been drinking the cop has no reason to pull the breathalyzer bullshit .. they always say they "Smelled alcohol so they administered the test" right ' so that's their probable cause ' Question .. Can a COP just yank out the breathalyzer when ever they want or do they need to have a reason to make you take the test ' does a random phone call about him driving on his flat give probable cause to the cop to assume its drinking ...

Don't know about 9 out of 10 But this is not bad advice - just depends on the cop - Had a buddy get pulled over , As soon as the cop walks up to his window Buddy just goes right in to it "You got me , you got me man .. I have had a few drinks , you got me like 30 seconds from my house .. what do you need me to do" , Cop checks his license and tells dude he gets a pass and Follows him right down the street to his house. We all laugh at him but hey he did not get a dui. But we all know if cops bust him again he is done lol .. and dude still drinks and drives

Soooo funny if this was the first thing out the cops mouth .. even funnier that you say yes to drinking but then not take the breathalyzer ' goodluck .. a good lawyer should be able to help ya on this .. how much help is the question ... You laugh at him and say you have a cold and was drinking cough syrup .. Maybe .. but you have a right to refuse it .. and I've even heard some people say you should refuse it because the result will be used against you no matter what

OK, So I Never Really tried to Understand this One. So Looking for a little Help ... Old Picture But still you get the Point ... I think the "Your Family Share" is now somewhere around $110,000 k. Can Someone Please tell me how the Hell these Assholes Have the nerve to tell us that Each Family is part of this Debt . Someone tell me how I'm personally Responsible for for Over $100K.
