How often are you paying of sets w/ overpairs in low/micro donkaments?
99 percent of the time, folding to random donkamnets in micro tourneys should just NEVER be in your mind set, your losing equity and giving up edges. Now if were deep stacked late in a tourney then obviously reads do apply, but even then folding still seems bad unless were up against an absolute NIT.

Re:2,5 laydown at Borgata last night. thoughts?
As played folding probably is fine. But for this to be the range you assign is quite absurd. Your telling me an aggro nut ball isn't raising your flop or turn bets with monster hands and draws, highly dought it.

Re:I got HIgh Tonight!
It all depends on what your doing, if it's a week day or a down night there is no question that smoking is just way better for you and x10 more relaxing. Now if your out looking to party hardy then there's no question alcohol is x1.1 mil better than ever smoking weed. Just depends on the situation.

Re:A WTF River spot deep in 5r
Thank you both for the responses...Well I guess I should of mentioned that he had been opening almost every other hand, So my thought process is that when i flop top pair in position on a drawy board I figure he has a wide range of hands and my raise on the flop takes it down immediately. Against a some what of a tighter player I flat flop and evaluate turn, but how do you guys feel about the raise vs. the villain who is liable to have a wide range of hands' BTW did ya ship it fly'

Re:Is this an easy lay down with the Str8 ??
The thought of EVER folding a flopped straight in a 6.50 sit n go should just not be in the thought process. If he has 8 9, great you lose, unlucky good game, register for a new one. Even with being results orientated a 6.50 random donk is liable to have any hand ranging from things you could not even imagine, and even with being results oreintated you should just assume that 75 percent of players in these are just awful.

This whole post is one big fail...And if anything you should of titled it: $5 dollar donkament reshoves 60 bb's into a 35 bb stack and loses all value with his aces.

Re:3.3 vs 6.5 90 mans on FTP
Your ROI would have to for sure go up in the 3.30s. It's unreal how often people just dump chips to you in 3.30s when in the 6.50s its not so much. But regardless your ROI for sure would have to be higher in the 3's if you know what your doing.

Re:180 man turbo spot
The fold is so standard. His opening range is so wide that its almost to hard to even sign a range, so 88+ is showing up more often then not.

Re:Does Phil Ivey ever play on Pokerstars?
Well he owns about 5-10 percent of FTP so Im guessing he could probably do whatever he wants. But as far as marketing wise, that wouldn't do him any justice for his wallet. But who knows.

Re:Help me understand this hand I just played.
A basic range for a reg is about as good as this gets, without any history, he definently covers a standard range wether or not you know how well the villain plays or what hes capable of. Because with zero history where do you start besides standard play'

Noooo last year he went on the sickest heater and ran like god to the final table. Then at the final tabl he could not maintain a steady stack and got completely owned and outplayed on several occasions. How he made it this far again blows my mind.

Funniest line and greatest quote ever. Winning the main event is a great story for anyone, but if eastgate were to go back to back years in one of the tuffest and biggest tournament of the year would definently be the biggest story.

Re:Morongo 2nite... gunna play some 2-5 nl
DON'T and i mean DO NOT play the the tourney they have at Moronog, the stucture is so terrible that by the end of the tournament any edge you possible have is taken away because of the ridculous blind jumps. After the first hour or so it goes like this, 1-2k, 2-4k, 4-8k, 8-16k, 16-32k, etc. And the levels accumulate to a turbo, so unless you like wasting money do not play it.

This is soo dumb, so lets say stars or ftp was hosting a tourney and they had it posted that the cap was 10k and the day of you go to register and it wont let you because they decided at the last minute they wanted to reduce the cap size, would you just so Oh I man I shouldn't of waited, or would you been pissed that you were lied to'

D-bag' You don't think a good reason is that he doesn't want to be swarmed by cameras at the featured table and he just wants to play in peace' I don't know about you but I think he may be sick of the camera never leaving his face when hes trying to play in the biggest tournament of the year.
