Nope most of us limbos are actually limbos :( FTP never addressed most of our emails, and the funds were never put back in account. I'll be glad to join the "KevMo" when they settle accounts from missing withdrawals, bounced checks, etc. I think that will be the victory/KevMo dance factor, and good will sign for all affected by this crap. pretty sure this is all it is/was about... SD had pretty good restrictions to begin with. fed laws regarding free drug school zonaments, sprinkled with neighborhood politics, fed grants for parks/schools in those areas not compliant etc sky is far from falling. prolly too big to do so at this point really.

Thursday Action Plan: Let's keep telling our opponents to support poker licensing!
Do the recent DOJ charges give the DOJ an avenue to pursue "funds" via any entity that profited from FTP pre or post BF' Particularly interested in pre>post. I think we are starting to see that many knew of FTPs cash flow probs pre BF. Will we being seeing them target affiliates, WSOP, NBC, ESPN, etc also' I mean obv if any large companies suspect they were in the wrong would they just pay and avoid the troubles like google did' So many avenues for the DOJ to lean on. The worst is yet to come It would seem. Huge step backwards for online poker in general.

Not just a prob here and there. There were tons of threads regarding bounced checks, failed xfers, missing WD's, support runarounds etc. They were everywhere back then (Nov2010>BF.) Last I checked none were legit forms of casino payment anywhere on the fucking planet.
