Re(1): Range tihs player for me plzzzz you really don't want a range for this player, the only thing you beat in his range is a pure bluff''''(is that in there) any way lets start with your line. Preflop def. fine I like the reraise slightly more than 3x OOP.FLOP this is terrible flop for your hand not only is there two broadway over cards but there is also dirty straight draws, and a flush draw. Edit: just looked over this hand again easy check/fold on flop your too deepstacked to get involved with this weak of hand (after the flop) OOP. Def. a fold to the raise of your cont. bet. Re(4): shove>fold>limp????? wow SC thought you would say shove for sure, especially this being a 4.40 i don't give limpers any respect. Maybe this is just shove and pray with no logic but IMO the limpers range is so big and calling range so low that this would be profitable. Shove>shove>shove Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): thoughts on this huge hand? without looking at outcome I think that a re-raise is inline. in this case I don't think it is horrible to smooth call because the stacks behinds you do not have big enough stacks to be able to call for implied odds, allthough calling does make it so the initial raiser gets in very cheap. I think that with as deep of stacks as you and the initial raiser have (eff. stacks of ~ 30bb's ) a re-raise is a better play. It also makes your dummy proof, because if you just call here you are playing a huge pot, with barely any chips committed which on a flop (board) like this is a horrible spot IMO. Re(2): Do you ever start up 5-6 MTTs and hit the break in all of them with less than the starting stack? Rarely ever, one time I started 3 Mtt's all at the same time and was out before the first break. Was the first time I was steamed in awhile I actually had a chance to take a walk before the next set of tournies started up on the hour. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): What's your play here with KK? (Early stars 109) I think maybe something around 225 preflop seems right, and its a pretty clear fold on the flop IMO the only hand you have beat is AJ. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(7): Another tricky MTT situation FWIW reasoning behind it being a fold, shove, or repop call situation and not a call is that with the ranges put together by other players as well as myself it will be -EV situation. Think about it this way say his range is 99-JJ, AK. For this instance say he will be cont. betting every flop and you will be folding every flop you do not flop to pair. Against AK you're gonna be losing app. 85% of the hands, against all the others you will be losing app.70%, decreasing your equity by app.20% Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(4): Another tricky MTT situation IMO this is a fold most times when an unknown player overbets preflop they A. Have Ak, JJ, and also some other goofy hands like 22 .B. After making a large preflop raise most of these types of players will not be folding. and i think you lose a lot of equity with this hand if you put into consideration that he will be folding a very small amount of the time. EDIT: Oh yeah and calling OOP is out of the question as well as repop folding. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
