Re:Knee Exercises (Input, please?) i have torn ligaments in my knee also, you have to stop running and just do strengthening of muscles for id say 2 months then gradually get back into running. do 1 min running, 2 min walking, for 15 mins for a week then 2min of each then 3 min running 1 waling etc to build it up, its a long process. using ftp's with rakeback what do people do who earn rake back on fulltilt' it seems as though when you use points you end up paying more for the item than if you used your rakeback to just buy the item' so do you just keep saving points and never use them' example: 8gb ipod nano is 36,000 points and retails for $150 ish, but you get deducted .005 x points used from rakeback which would be $180. thoughts' Posted in: Poker Sites |

Re:College Students who grind 1) during the week you shouldn't start playing poker until after you get of all your classes, because if you're down you will either go tilted and not learn or skip all together 2) dont play fri or sat evenings, go out and enjoy college while you can, its the best time to meet people and have a good time 3) this may be the biggest stretch of them all, but try to limit to mini sessions of 1 or 2 hours unless playing big tournies (which id save for strictly sundays if i were you) because in college someone always wants to do something and you dont want to not be able to go out and enjoy ...
