Similar problems here, missed day 1 getting a flight, next two days adjusting to the times. I plan on starting at 9pm and play thru the night. But screwed up today sleeping thru two tourneys I’d registered in and just woke up for $11 with a headache. Need to get my shit together, grind this weekend and hopefully final table at least one event this series!

The Big $27.50 Stars last 90. Have 88 facing utg+2 raiser
Hi Guys I'm 10 hands into this new table. No real reads. I had seen villain raise and 3 barrel, a few hands ago. This hand: I presumed he was a big stack stealing. At the time I thought I had less than 25bbs, I couldn't 3bet fold. So I shoved, while if I rage him correctly it's +EV. 1. Anyway I have 27bbs. Would anyone flat' What odds do I need' In cash I'm told it's 20 times raise. So I would need 70k. Someone recently said having 10 times as much as the raise is sufficent in Tourneys (kind of weird, as are chips are more valuable in MTTs than cash) so thats 35k.Would appreciate this be ...

Stealing Blinds when player disconnected---Unethical?
Depends on the kind of guy you wnat to be: The noble move: Refund the guy minus the rake or wait a while. But being an amoral game theory maximiser: Screw him, would he do the same for you' Also I'm not a fan of "if its reg, I wouldn't". Treat everyone the same, unless you know them. The fishier players are usually old guys/women/recreational players who will appreciate a kind gesture. Having said that, I would wait then raise.

Eh' Thats your analysis lol. Not a question of seeing a flop at any cost. Look at the play raise, re-raise, re-re-raise. I have the odds to call if I have ranged him correctly AQs,AK,JJ+. IMO I can't re-shove profitably here but I'm deep enough to call. No offence but I was hoping for advice from higher level thinking players. Just curious to know how they would play it.

Hey. Button is a passive limper.SB is a Euro been raising a fair bit, is a competent player.Hero - has been TAG. I have 3 bet him few orbits ago with AA. I didn't show my hand. Stacks: Button: 16k Sb: 42k Hero: 34k Blinds: 150-300. Button limps, Sb raised to 1100. Hero 4 bets to 4k. Button folds. Sb re-raises to 9.2k. First time he has 4bet. I put him on JJ+, AQ+. I call. Board is 69J. He bets 12k. I fold. I felt I was deep enough to just call with AK.I called because I had position and a good hand. I really don't feel like shoving here with 100+BB pre. Think he's taking a break. He seems like a nice, quiet guy and a worthy winner. But I don't know, has he hit a wall against the elite players. I also think he just doesn't want it enough to be the best - (it might be his cus of his shy personality)- like a lot of great MSNL. Every part of your game has to be near perfect to win. Durrr comes across as a cocky-shit, like pro-athletes. But to be the best of the best, one needs that single-minded desire and self-belief.
