The worst moment of my poker career was kind of weird. I was in a live cash game and I was playing great poker and losing to crazy suck outs. The stakes were 5-2 NL with a $500 max buy-in. I had to rebuy for the third time and I was feeling sorry for myself, because I kept losing to drunk idiots that would call my all in raises from way behind only to river me. We were paying $8 a half hour for time, when someone suggested that we have the winner of the first pot over $200 pay everyones time. I played in the main event, but got knock out around 90th. I just couldn't catch any cards. I got short stacked and finally went all in in on the button with J-J and got called by the big blind with A-A. Bettter luck next time.

I agree with thay3r. I would have no problem paying him 30% of the value of the seat he helped to win. I believe the seat is valued at about $500.00

I had a friend sucessfully finish a 400 point satelite for me today. I am now in the 4000 point satelite that pays the top 2 players a seat into a european tournament. He mentioned that if I get luckly enough to win a seat and then place in the money that he should get 10%. I said that I thought that was a a little high, and he called me a cheap skate and sounded annoyed. Here is the logic I used to determine that 10% was too high. 1. I was the chip leader with 107 player remaining of a field of 220 players, when I asked him to finish for me. The tournament was giving 22 seat out. 2. These ...

I have a similar story. Last March, I had $200 in my bankroll. I got lucky and won $2,000 in a tourney and turned it into $18,000 in 30 days playing cash games. I cashout $7,000 and then lost the other $11,000 within 2 months. Since then, the last 7-8 months I havent been able to win a thing. I havent lost but I can win either. I got spoiled at the $300 and $600 short handed tables and now I can't stand to play at the $25 and $50 table. ultimate bet guarantees start late? not cool
what is the purpose of a guarantee if the site is gonna just start the tourney late if theres not enough players to make the guarantee' to make matter worse im stuck in limbo as it won't let me cancel! so, im waiting 15 minutes or more for it to start. thats just BS!!!!!!!!!!! well now ive been waiting 20 minutes 25 minutes!

I think the republicans lost more voters that they think. I was a republican, but not anymore. I am disgusted with my former party. I will vote democratic until the the democrates have control of congress. Then, i will vote libertarian.

online ban has upset more people than you think.
A friend of mine talks with Larry Elder from time to time. My friend told me that Larry had a discussion on his show about the online poker ban. Larry told my friend that we was shocked at the response from angry people. He said it was one of the biggest responses he had ever had in from his audience. I think the republicans are in real trouble come next Tuesday. As a former republican, I am glad there getting their butts kicked.

why am i better in rebuys and in heads up matches when im drunk, really bad in cash games when im drunk' I won palmtree @ pardise twice when I had over 12 beers in me. I started drinking about an hour or so before the tourney started and before it ended i was smashed. lol
