Everything Willywoo said +1000 Sounds very shady that this guy is pursuing this. You/your daughter are pretty much not liable at all in this situation so you could have escaped this problem without paying a dime. But if you feel like morally you did the right thing then thats fine. Its pretty much all up to you. If you committed to splitting the damaged and its not a big deal then I would, but you should really make sure this guy gets everything fixed up and doesnt pocket this money. Unfortunately I have seen it done before.

I dont think I have ever walked into a Chick-fil-A and had someone shove christian values down someones throat...Since when did great service turn into this' I guess an organization cant treat people with respect and honor anymore' and WAR in regards to the lady, I would just casually ask to talk to the Operator or General Manager in the future and just explain your concerns...People at Chick-fil-A want to take care of you and make your experience there worthwhile. They take feedback from the guests to strive to the be the best.

Lol at police brutality. I guess the students at penn state last night were pretty harmless and unarmed while they were flipping news vans and smashing rocks into car windows right before they started hurling them at cops. That "protest" is just one bad judgement by one person from turning into a full out riot. Sometimes preventive measures are called for.

lol the tea party comment did make my laugh. touche. theres not one definite issue facing our country its a combination of complications. i can assure you whether you care to believe it or not that theres not tea party attitude with my statement. there is no denying top ivy league schools pride themselves on a better education. it was a sarcastic comment meant to show no one group of people are any superior to the other....we are in this mess together. idk why your turning this around with twisting my words lol.

im really not trying to argue this extensively, but just because i dont have a degree in money management doesnt mean im not capable of being successful in not running myself into debt and live comfortably by the choices i make. i understand your point in not just going in a revising the whole tax codes, but the reality is these so called "experts" and "economists" haven't been making proper decisions for many many manyyyyy years..there needs to be a some serious time and resources spent in figuring out something soon. atleast Herman Cain is trying to make a difference and not run the US into ...

2nd federal Judge finds Obamacare unconstitutional
Why dont we just force people to walk because not everyone can afford a car and you have more of a chance to die if your are driving instead of walking..' Apparently that would not be "unconstitutional" either.
