G2G the quacking machine running over FTP mids yo... Even if you are twice as likely to win as the rest of the field, the odds of winning the same tournament two times in a row with over 2,000 players has to be over a million to one. Great accomplishment. I have had a few training/study sessions with Gar2garvin and he has a great mind for the game. It will not be long before he sports a FTOPS jersey on his avatar. Official Site to Site Transfer Thread Thanks for posting that information. Very depressing to hear, but hopefully TwinMSU will eventually make this right with me and the other players. Posted in: Poker Community |

Anyone know Gillian Epp? This is what I read on her site that made me skeptical (and I agree with Rabo, the spelling is tilting!!): For six months, four sessions a week Gillian played without having a single loosing session. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Anyone know Gillian Epp? I was looking at her website where she states she is a high stakes pro (cash games at Bellagio, Venetian, Commerce) and tours the tournament circuit. Anyone know if she is the real deal' Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:GG bodog (for me) Bodog will always hold a special place in my mind. Enjoyed the early days with Ari, Nug, Double Dave, Doc, Nick, Ruso, Dyzalot, Tilt and all the rest of the great players that used to frequent the Dog. For myself, I plan to continue playing there as I believe Bodog will take whatever steps are necessary to become a dominant player in the online poker world. But good luck to all my friends that I have met on the Dog who are now leaving and I hope you crush the other sites unmercifully. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:DSL versus cable Appreciate all the input. I wanted to switch to DSL because they had an attractive package bundled together (since I am definitely switching from cable TV to Satellite). But if DSL is more likely to lose connection, I will just switch the TV and stay with cable for internet as that seems to be the consensus. Thanks again! Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Kevin Blackwood, the author and fellow P-5er Without trying to minimize your feelings, I think you are making much ado about nothing. I make it a habit to never criticize or critique anyone's play. All I said was nh to FPPoker (which perhaps I should not have done) and that your disparaging comments about my books would kill future royalties, so I am very surprised that you got upset and took my comments in a negative way. I did not brag about royalties as you said nor did I say anything negative to you or anyone else at the table. You had a bad beat. I hope you have better luck next time and this is the only comment I will make on ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Online poker schools I am planning to do a review of online poker schools and would like input from some P5 players, such as: Which ones would you most recommend and what experiences you've had, pro or con. Also, if anyone wants, they can email me directly with this info. My address is kevin@. Thanks! Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Last call for Bodog votes JesterWorld and Topgun started a grass roots campaign here about a month ago to help get me some votes and become part of Team Bodog. Now it is crunch time. I need a bunch of votes in a short period of time or I will get eliminated by Wednesday. Any support is greatly appreciated and for those of you who missed the earlier posts: I am offering 10% of my winnings at the WSOP (goes up to 25% if I make the top 100 finishers) to be split amongst any P5s who vote for me, if I am voted in to Team Bodog. Thanks for your help on this matter and for putting together this great opportunity. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): A piece of the pie I am not sure what the easiest way is to keep track of who is a P5er among my voters, but what JW suggested makes sense. PM and I will save those messages. Thanks again for all the support! And remember: The 10% will come off the top before I deduct the $5 I expect to tip for cocktails. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

A piece of the pie Okay, I finally am part of the hip, happening P5 community. And as my good friend Jester posted earlier, I am offering to share any potential winnings I have in this year's WSOP if I am voted in as part of Team Bodog (top 5 votegetters qualify). I am not sure how to handle the logistics of that, but unless I make the top 5, it will be a moot point. But at any rate, as Jester said. I am offering 10% of any potential winnings to be split between the P5 members who vote for me. And if I happen to end up in the top 100 finishers at the main event, I will bump that offer up to 25%. Thanks again ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |
