Re(2): Why would any candidate be against online poker?
I think another reason until recently(largely from the efforts of the PPA) POKER had been unjustly lumped in with ALL form of GAMBLING like SPORTS BETTING...IMO this tide is turning..Poker is now being considered on it's own merit and not the "degen" evil gambling Foes of Fun would have EVERYBODY believe... I will also add that prior to the PPA an attack on gambling/gaming was seen as a "freeride" to the religious vote...Upon being "Leached" that is no longer the case...
