I dont know much ICM either just the basics but logic would tell me that this is a pretty wide range considering hes shoving about 4BB's here. your holdin 8d Jd witch is not much high card value and its a 2 gapper. This is a definite fold. Wait for a better spot. Even with such a wide shove range you can see you werent ahead. Just my amateurish opinion.
