The more you know about computers/networking the scarier this is. Whilst it would take a proficient computer programmer/data security person to take advantage of this weakness it would definitely be worthwhile given the potential profit. Card details/e-mail address/postal address/hole cards....enough information to rob you online and possibly steal from you offline via credit card fraud/identity theft. If i played there i would stop doing so immediately.

I read a decent amount about abiotic oil production theory a good while back. Whilst it is interesting and i haven't researched enough to say it's 100% bullshit, it certainly seems that the vast majority of earths oil fields (and hence our productive capacity; which is really what is important here) are non-replenishing. I'll stick to accepting ancient biomass / conventional theory.

Oil is neccesarily running out. It's not a renewable resource. Unless you're prepared to wait a few million years. Not that i'm worried about this, just you can't argue that it's not running out.

I can't fathom how it is possible that you need 10,000 tons of wood to produce one megawatt of electricity. My heater is 2kw so to leave it on for 500 hours takes 10,000 tons of wood' i.e. 20 tons of wood per small electric heater per hour' I can't remember the exact energy output of directly buring the wood; but considering you can buy 50kW domestic & 800kW commerical wood burning boilers i'd guess that they don't have fuel storage requirements of .... 10,000 tons. Wind power sucks really bad - i think we achieve something like 14-21% of theoretical capacity with them ...

Basically yes, you shoulda flatted; there are no legitimate draws with which he's betting . This is one instance when u have the nuts and dont really need to worry in position. And remember to let it time down before you call. EDIT: i did enjoy the use of the word extrapolate

Cash Games - How Much Do You Lose in BB/SB?
Just wondering how these BB/SB stats compare to others' The BB stats are probably ok-ish but SB stats seem pretty terrible. In a limped pot what hands ranges do you tend to complete with; what ranges are you raising' What hands are you 3-betting/flatting to cutoff/button raises' Interested to see other peoples numbers. Numbers are from 25, 50 & 100NL 6max.

I don't really understand how it's possible, let alone probable (to the extent that all other possibilities can be discounted), that buildings collapse at freefall speed. In my somewhat limited understanding of this scenario, the only way for this to happen is that their is no resistance from the lower floors, i.e. all structural supports are severed simultaneously - i do not see how localized fires can accomplish this'
