Reasons for my success?
fair enough.. i agree with you that people can't achieve results solely through thinking positively. however, i think if you have a certain mindset, then it will help you in your overall game and while you play sessions because bad beats/coolers/flip will effect you less and help prevent tilt and not affect your game negatively. that's what i got from op, which is something that i'm sure every poker player can improve upon.

lol i don't really get all of the unwarranted hate in this topic.. the guy goes on a heater and just wants to share some of his thoughts and his mindset with others in an attempt to help and motivate people.. we all go on our up/downswings, and i agree that this post would have more of an effect if he were to post while on a downer, but either way, is the bashing really necessary' anyways, congrats c9b, nice little week you've had :)

why can't i run good ever on pokerstars but good on full tilt?
yea it's weird but i think it's just due to stars' bigger field sizes leading to more variance. i'm sure it's opposite for some people too
