Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread for clarity because it didnt format right workout A 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press Back Extensions (see sheet 1) 3x5 Chin ups workout b 3x5 Squat 3x5 Standing military press 1x5 Deadlift changing out deadlifts for cleans every other. so youre suggesting for bp and mp i drop weight and do more sets' isnt that kind of counter productive since im having trouble moving up in weight atm' part of it could be a little bit of diet too, but my legs (core) is progressing fine probably have different comments now that you see my correct workout Posted in: Off Topic |

Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread another noob question, i have slowwwww at upping my weights on military press/bench press. been stuck at 115 on MP for almost 2 weeks and 145 on BP for the same time. tips on this' been going up decent on squats (go up 5# every 3rd workout...at 225 now) and deads (275#) still learning cleans so cant comment too much at this point. oh one more, what do you do for back extensions without the exact machine' just added them and would like to get the most out of it. workout now (7th week) 3x5 Squat 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press 3x5 Standing military press Back Extensions(see sheet 1) 1x5 ... Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread im eating like 1000 more calories a day than i used too, so i guess ill keep this diet until june and see what my weight does. im also taking protein. ill slow down on weight jumps to 0 or 5 pounds now. i deadlifted 280x5 yesterday, woot. going to need to buy some more damn weights, i only got 300 pounds! someone want to explain to me the benifits of doing 5x5 instead of 3x5' def too noob to do 5x5 at this point. my form on power cleans is still a work in progress Posted in: Off Topic |

Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread no im not happy. ive went up 50 pounds on squats in 2 weeks yet i weigh the same as when i wasnt working out. i have always had >13% body fat (and that esitmate might be high). id like to weigh 180-190. the big frustarting part is missing a set. maybe im just moving up too fast. i did 105# press today and that was tough, form suffered a bit on my 3rd set. did 210# for squats and 3rd set on 3 4 and 5 i was tilting forward a bit. i guess ill either only go up 5 pounds or stay at the same weight for 2 workouts in a row i want to gain some mass, its been 5 weeks since ive started and im at my ... Official 2013 OT Workout Crew Thread im getting pissed at my strength gains. i have a hard time upping 10# on squats every workout (im at 5x3 210# tomorrow) bench was going good but i crashedo n my 3rd set at 145, could only get up once. i cant fucking progress on military press, ive been at 110 for a week. still learning power cleans, form isnt good enough yet for me to just up a lot of weight, im at 110 right now dead lifts are the only thing going good, im at 285# tomorrow. im up to aproxx 167 pounds, 10 pounds gained isnce i started. i dont feel like im gaining anything at this point yet. any advice on what to expect on ...
