This is so incredibly wrong it's not even funny. Yes, there is variance in multi-table tournaments, and in coin tosses as well. But your example drastically overstates the odds of this occurring. All of the advice in this thread is absolutely atrocious. The preflop raise is fine, the flop play is fine, the turn play is fine. As another poster said, why would you 3-bet the flop when most hands that are behind are drawing to very few outs' If he has like A7 or 55 or any random crap like that, WHY WHY WHY would you ever 3 bet the flop. You played it fine oh well you ran into a hand gg.

Prop bet -- $8 into $888 in 1 week
Hey there... Looking for a fun prop bet and came up with this challenge. Just curious if anyone would like to prop bet me that I can't turn $8 on Stars into $888 within 7 days (168 hours). This would be from playing cash games/SNGs/MTTs. All the money being wagered would be held in escrow by a trusted P5er/2+2er. I guess we'll say I can't use FPPs earned during the challenge' But might need odds in that case. Discuss...
