Re(1): u.s players I don't think there are. They are why Doyle's Room had to switch over to MicroGaming to re-enter the US market. I'm pretty sure Tribeca was the reason they really left, and that no Tribeca skins service US players anymore. Bleh, i like their software, meh. lex. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Some advice plz Have you noticed any changes in your game, other than the beats' If not, take a few sessions and analyze them honestly and thoroughly. You may find something Do you think the games you play in might be changing' Critically analyze this by assessing opponents (regulars and others), game dynamics (aggression, passivity, trickiness etc), and time of day. These are just some ideas to find potential changes that may be you or the game, but are both your responsibility to locate and recognize. I also feel dropping down will help as you will gain greater confidince most likely. Also, I suggest ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): Absolute Poker super-user reviewed and potripper's actions explained. This DB isn't complete. It does not include his entire history of that time period. And all of his wins aside from the 42.5k are satellite. Please don't post filtered paranoia on here that could damage innocent people. While I do share severe concern over the AP situation involving the POTRIPPER acct, this is simply ridiculous. lex. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): What's the funniest thing you've heard playing live? 3 years ago at WSOP, at the SNG area. I move all in pre with like 6BBs with AKo, the table was calling loosely, and LP calls me with JQo. Board comes 1054, 6, J. I'm wearing headphones and I hear the guy say what I thought was "Damn". I take them off and ask "Damn' You hit your card' What are you mad about'". He lifts his hat, stares me directly in the eyes and says, "I said, (then very loudly repronounces) B-A-M", like destiny proved him right yet again, and flaming aces on a hat are worth 30 bucks in the gift shop. I haven't had a more rewarding WSOP poker experience to date. BAM BAM BAM. 2 ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(3): just got my new 24 inch monitors......... help! It took me a little bit to get used to also. Multitabling cash (8+tables) I noticed it becomes taxing on your neck and eyes to have the 8 tables spread at equal size across both screens. Spanning back and forth across that screen size became tiring pretty quickly. I did eventually get used to it, but switched to just putting 9 tables on one screen, the most allowed on PS at that size with 1920x1200 resolution to not change PAHUD display sizes. I found it easier to have 9 on the left screen pushed all the way to the right and 3 on the right screen pushed all the way to the left, this also ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): What would you get for mutlitabling? One Dell 30 inch (3007wfp-hc) or two Dell 24 inch (2407WFP) Skoky, I actually have two Dell 24s set up next to each other on the same desktop. I got them about 2 months ago. They are great monitors, good quality, and very sharp. I purchased them through Dell refurb, got 1 yr warranty, and they are fine, so that can save you decent $$ if you go that route. 4 tables fit without any overlap at regular size, so 2 screens obviously gives you 8. The problem with that is the amount of actual surface area you have to cover with your eyes is rather large. Depending on how deep your desk is and how far away from your face the monitor setups are you can find ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(8): WSOP Seat question? If you win a seat on FTP do they also credit you cash' Has anyone won a seat there' From reading their T&Cs it seems like they'll credit you 10k cash once you provide them proof you've registered for the event. Without it, how will they register for you. I'm wondering since it seems disallowed for sites to register participants this year. Thnx in advance for answers. lex. Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(6): hand from 100r Since you have no distinct reads you need to resort to general betting tendencies and evaluate your desire to play a large pot with the hand you have. Hibbs' raise looks scared to begin with. Even with the antes out 6x seems high, especially with his stack. Depending on your personal frame of reference this can mean many things, and is sometimes a big hand, but I've noticed it's usually a scared bet (small pp-AQ). This obviously changes if he's a known overbetter, but you said no distinct reads. With no reads you can assume the shover (Pepperdoablo) has the same amount of information you do ... Re(1): Poker Ace Hud with new full tilt tables Go to Options->Preferences->Full Tilt and then enable "Flicker Free Drawing". This should fix it. However, I've noticed that when you resize, the clicking area doesn't shift to accomodate and can be pretty annoying when you try and click on a player's name to see detailed stats. If it hasan't it might of registered you automatically for another $650 sat, in which case you can unregister for that yourself. Re(3): Big hand question... What to do? How do you weight 11AA's range in what you've given' Does worse pair go all the way to 22' Does the payday affect how you're playing, meaning does one more spot up affect you dramatically' Had the initial shover been doing it a lot leading up to this' And had 11AA been repushing/reraising a lot up to this' Kinda need these answered before answering myself. Re(2): 2nd hand from stars million Good fold. If he doesn't have you beat he'll probably do it again when you're more comfortable calling. If he does have you beat you don't bust on the 2nd hand, and he most likely only does it when he you are beat in the future or when he thinks he has you beat but you've hit a set on a good board or something similarly disquised. Either way, it's great future setup and you avoid busting when doubling is marginally better than surviving because it's so early and you're likely to have or develop an exploitable edge. lex. Re(3): Multiple monitors on a desktop? That thing does look neat. But I think with a maximum of 1280x1024 per monitor you can still only fit 4 client screens/page from sites like FTP per monitor, or 4 un-resized screens from Poker Stars per monitor. This is with about 20% overlap as well. If it's expensive you might just be better off getting the necessary card. lex. Posted in: Poker Discussion |
