Re:aprilsfool He is # 1 on the yearly TLB on Pokerstars. It has been a close race and, over the last month, he has been playing every level of buyin to maintain his lead. Large small buyin fields give you a lot of points for a high finish. Lou Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re:Laid Down AA Preflop to Win WSOP Seat on Pokerstars Thanks to everyone for the good wishes. I especially appreciate the kind words Adam - we do go back a long way. God willing, I will sign with Pokerstars, wear their logo, and play and final table the Main Event. I am also planning to play 2 or 3 weeks of preliminary events this year. Laid Down AA Preflop to Win WSOP Seat on Pokerstars First, let me say I am very excited about winning my Main Event seat on Pokerstars! Their $650 1800ET tourney on Sunday is a great opportunity with 26 seats guaranteed. The following hand came up with 56 people left - 55 getting seats. I was in the small blind with AA sitting in 48th place with 30,000 in chips (blinds at 2500/5000, 625 ante). There was one player under 10,000 (4 hands from the blinds) and about 4 players between 10,000-15,000 and we were hand for hand. 2nd biggest stack (who wasn't very active min-raised from early position with big stack in big blind. Re(3): gooooo bodog lou You played a great game too Kyle. With a few breaks late you could have won it!! I did get a break on the 3-way all in when I caught a set of 7s against your QQ and Sid's AK. In my defense I pushed my chips in as the shortstack (shorthanded w/ the blinds at 10,000/20,000) believing I had the lead against Sid before you acted. Again great game and good luck to you in the future. Lou Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): Did i miss something? neteller question I had and still have trouble accessing my Neteller account from inside the US. I called them and they told me to go to their home page and click on the Japan icon and log in from there. It has worked and I get access to my account in English. You can try that. Good luck and stay safe. Thank you for your service. Lou Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): JOEYTHEB Also Makes Final 2 Tables in 5K at Foxwoods Joey out 18th. Guy raises to 18,000 on Joey's BB. Joeypushes with A 10 suited hearts (about 40,000). Guy calls with K 4. Board comes 2 3 23 K. GG Joey. Congrats on another super tourney. Bax took out a shortstack on first hand (33> 8 9 suited). Innissent takes out tony Cousineau. Innissent raises (about 18K), Cousineau pushes all in with A 10 ( around 70-80K), Innissent callswith 8 9 off - Flop 9, rver 9. GG Tony. GL to Bax, Innissent and Tracy Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(5): JOEYTHEB Also Makes Final 2 Tables in 5K at Foxwoods Randers, You bet I know - 55lucky55 did it it to me the other night late in the $3000NL ( AQ < A9 on a 8 6 2 7 5 board). It is hard to control the luck factor. All I was saying was that I like Bax's and Joey's skills compared to the group (although I feel Padraig and Tracy are very good too). Re(3): Apparently I suck at live poker......... Good job thus far Below and good luck. Also very good job to Bax who busted deep in the money and bbbbb33 who remains in with good chips chips. I did not play this because I was still in the Limit tourney from Sunday but this was a tough field. I decided to watch Below after he had about 100K in chips. This was the first time I watched him play and after about four hours I was quite impressed. While I did see a few lucky suckouts, he played very aggressive big stack poker putting relentless pressure on his opponents. I also saw him make quite a few sick reads including the one on Kathy ... Re(2): A ccouple of things about Krazy Kanuck Good Luck Jim!!! I knew you would turn it around in a big way. I have always felt the good karma when I see you and Mucker. Now I know why. You are a class act. Take this tourney down- I will be rooting hard for you. In any event, this was a phenominal performance and final TV table is a great result. Nice Job!!! Re(2): Bodog overlays and added money I have to agree Ari - the new tourney schedule is super. I am considering only playing on Bodog from now on. The traffic is increasing, the guarantees are going up, and I find the tournies there to be the most realistic (i.e. not every flop is an action flop). Lou Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(4): IS There Anyone HOTTER right now in the Tourt. Circle than....................... Alex has definitely been hot - always seems to be there with a nice stack(even though he busted at Bellagio). Someone to keep an eye out for in the future is Joe Pelton. After he won 1.5 mil at Legends I played with him all Day 2 of the USPC. He is a super player. I noticed he still has some chips at Bellagio. Lou Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(2): One Year VIP Membership at ProPokerSchool $125, anniversary special! This seems like an excellent opportunity from one of the best all around players and a strong P5's supporter. For just $125 you get Brett's thinking and ideas for a year. Seems like that is + EV to me. Lou Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Yesterday, I saw him make some big time laydowns. GOOD LUCK JOEY!!! Take it down. I busted about 50th yesterday when I thought Chris Reslock was puttingme on a move from the cutoff. I was getting short but picked the wrongspot to move and ran into a hand. I would also like to congratulate Jordan Morgan (chipleader), ScottyFischman, and Shane Schleger on making the final 27. Re(3): patience is not a virtue A smooth call could work there but is more dangerous because I am letting him see a flop wtih any two cards. Bax is a sharp player and if I checked the flop after smooth calling a big raise he would probably check behind whether he caught or not (he has played with me oftenonline and live). In effect, I would be giving him four free cards and I may not get any more chips if he was on a move like I thought (unles he caught and I was beat). Also, with the sequence of hands and my overbets, I thought I would have a chance to get all his chips, and the alternative of taking down a nice pot right ... Posted in: Poker Discussion |

Re(1): patience is not a virtue Thanks Guys. Lenny did a great job putting it together. I gave Lenny so much info that he had to leave some out unfortunately. For example, I let him know my starting chip count every day, the average chip count starting the day, the level and blinds, and my M starting each day. After he finishes the article I will supply this info. Also in the hand Bax raised $2500 from the big blind there were six or seven limpers counting me and when I made the same raise from the small blind with KK, there were 4 limpers in the pot counting Bax.
