Sorry to hear of jacob's struggles. As a father of 3 it makes me sick to think of what your family is going through. I wish the best for Jacob and he, your whole family and his doctors will be in my prayers. Hearing this really puts my life in perspective. No matter how difficult life can be, I should be ecstatic that so far my family has been healthy. I wish you the best. I don't know what else to say.

I've been using that phrase since I was a little kid and never had an inkling that it was racist in anyway. I probably only used it with other white kids since I'm from an area primarily caucasian, but that's just plain silly. I find it hard to believe how easily some people like to find racism any way they can. Real racism is horrible and disgusting. Things like this trivialize it and it's really getting old.

That was a lot more impressive performance from Silva than I was expecting after reading posts from several different MMA sites. That last punch clearly turned Forrest's head. His hand speed and accuracy was also very impressive. Anderson is a black bekt in Judo, Tae Kwon do, BJJ, but is most known for his high level Muay Thai skills. Now it appears he really has some damn good boxing ability as well. I'm starting to think that he may be in the same category of athelte as Tiger, Federer, Gretsky and I don't know who else. When kenny first got taken down you could see him landing some of those dangerous as hell elbows, but BJ kept working him like Ghouse said and when he got the rear naked choke in he made sure it was done. That's the thing about the really good Bjj guys. When they sink in a choke it usually only takes a few seconds.

I saw Aerosmith 6 days after Sept 11 2001 in Atlanta in the ampatheatre. It was sold out and they kicked ass for a bunch of old guys. I remember being real nervous about terrorists as there were a bunch of people there and America had been real quiet for a whole week. No planes in the air, football games called off, it was some eary times. I liked the fact that we weren't going to let those guys dictate how we lived our lives. I was in Atlanta 5 years earlier when that goofy fuck set off a bomb during the olympics too.

Carradine seemed in pretty good health. My dad is 73 and really wants to get older. He's lost many of his friends over the years though. I'd guess David had some severe depression issues if no funny business occured. I hate to see him go. RIP
