Streak over at 18. Thought it was gonna be an easy day to get to 20 when Hamilton homered in the first but I guess I went to the jeter well once too often (had him 4 other times during the streak)

Switched off kemp last minute after someone pointed out he was only 1 for 10 career against wolf coming into the game. Of course he goes 2-5 with a homer. Now I've gotta sweat Juan Pierre to get to 11 and he leads off with a walk. Glad it didn't cost me. Pierre has a great game and I'm up to 11

Can't watch a giants game around other people. I get too anxious. Always pause games to go smoke at crucial moments too. No smoking in the house.

Worst spoiler moments....
February 3 2008. Giants vs patriots. Paused the tv to go have a smoke after the moss td. Was about 5 minutes behind real time when texts started pouring in "OMG TYREE!!!" and such. I know, my fault for having my phone within eyesight but still.

I know they're not great by any stretch of the imagination but how in the world is Michigan 100-1 to win it all as a 4 seed' Nc state as an 11 seed out of the same region is 75-1! (at palms)

Waco, I know I'm just a lurker here and I usually respect most of your opinions on sports and sports wagering, but I can't believe you've fallen into the trap of referring to Thursday and Fridays games as second round and Saturday and Sunday's games as third round. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me. That is all.

Not sure why but the palms is playing '80s music tonight instead of their normal hip-hop/top 40 mix and they just rickrolled us. Wtf' I wish they played more stuff like the hard rock, or at least bring me some better players to deal to!

O/u on Kelly clarkson national anthem is 1:34. Did a search on YouTube and found her national anthem from a cowboys/bucs game. She went 1:28. Line seems about right.

Just got back from the coin shop. Unfortunately someone who had the coin before me tried to clean it and now it's worth no more than its value in silver, $25. Fail.

Picture isn't the greatest of quality but if you zoom all the way in its above the D in dollar (go straight up the extreme right of the D it's right before the wreath(')). I'll take a better picture of it when I get home. I'm more interested in what someone think the grade might be. I see there's a huge difference between one that's XF (extremely fine) and one that's AU (almost uncirculated) but I don't know how to tell the difference.

Any coin collectors out there?
Found an old coin in my house, an 1886o Morgan silver dollar. Not sure about how to estimate the grade though. Seems this particular year could be worth something depending on condition. Any input' Don't want to get screwed by a coin dealer without having any knowledge.

Hedging parlays
Hedging is not for the weak and spineless. It's simply for a lousy sports bettor. Next time instead of making a six teamer including the Monday night game, simply make a five teamer not including the Monday night game. Guess what' In that case, you would have already won your bet and had the option of betting as much or as little of those winnings on this game on either side!
